Where can I find new Comms commands
-
I noticed that the comms commands which appear in the doc doc for U2 are not in sync with the game.
Where can I find the new doc with the correct comms sequence?

@janjan
\Falcon BMS 4.37\Data\Art\CkptArt\Menu.dat
does that have what you need?

I checked this file again…
At first glance it looked as if it was what I needed but after a better look I’m not so sure.E.g. the “report airborn” was menu #4:
.
.
in the .dat doc it looks like this:#page 7 0 bright_green Approach #1
#item 13 0 white 0.1 0 Request Visual Approach
#item 13 0 white 0.1 55 Request Visual Approach Heavy
#item 13 0 white 0.1 18 Request Instrument Approach
#item 13 0 white 0.1 54 Request Instrument Approach Heavy
#item 13 0 white 0.1 33 Request Overhead Approach
#item 13 0 white 0.1 2 Request Unrestricted Approach
#item 13 0 white 0.1 53 Request Unrestricted Approach Heavy#page 4 0 bright_green Approach #2
#item 13 0 white 0.1 1 Declare Emergency
#item 13 0 white 0.1 6 Abort
#item 13 0 white 0.1 9 Traffic in Sight
#item 13 0 white 0.1 24 Say Again#page 1 0 bright_green Departure
#item 13 0 white 0.1 36 Report AirborneWhat does “page 1” means?
In U2 this command belongs to submenu 5 TTTTT

@janjan oh I don’t know – just did a grep and found it. it does appear to be updated with 4.37.2 stuff
I assume the number after
#page
is the count of menu items on that page. it’s a common programming idiom for C/C++… first alloc a buffer of size N, then read N items.#page 10 0 bright_green Miscellaneous #item 3 0 white 0.1 71 Fence In (Lights Off) #item 3 0 white 0.1 70 Fence Out (Lights On) #item 3 0 white 0.1 103 Lights S.O.P. #item 3 0 white 0.1 72 Music On #item 3 0 white 0.1 73 Music Off #item 3 0 white 0.1 45 Turn Smoke On #item 3 0 white 0.1 46 Turn Smoke Off #item 3 0 white 0.1 108 Switch Flight Uniform #item 3 0 white 0.1 109 Switch Flight Victor #item 3 0 white 0.1 110 Set Bingo #page 2 0 bright_green Runway Lineup #item 3 0 white 0.1 98 Single-Ship #item 3 0 white 0.1 99 Element

@airtex2019
I’ll use the order of the section as ‘page’ number. -
Do you know what is the difference between these commands:
Request Visual Approach
Request Visual Approach Heavy -
@janjan
Hello
I presume you ask for “heavy” when you come back with a loaded or heavy aircraft and you want to be assigned the longest runway when the airport has several runways
