TE # 13 Comms and IDM.

To improve my current loose grasp of the concept and practice of the IDM, I attempted to fly TE #13.
However, just after takeoff the jet became controllable in all axis. Adjustment of trim had no effect.
Is this a known problem, or just my computer?BTW, I’m just back from a heads down TACAN/ ILS flight from Seosan to Kadena, very satisfying indeed. However, when Betty announced “Bingo” about 15 miles out, the heart rate increased, momentarily

Is this a known problem, or just my computer?This is a known problem with almost all aircraft unfortunately, immediately after successful takeoff the aircraft becomes controllable, in all 3 axes. Research is ongoing in this area…

I think the other people should read twice. If I understand correctly what you write is that the aircraft becomes controllable in 3 axis, but the trim is not working?Cheers Obi

Yes, when flying fourth, the jet pitches and yaws and will not trim out.
If flying third, there is no problem.
I won’t pursue the point though, the more advanced members probably only fly lead;)Thanks
