Training servers

Are there any servers or V squads that do training on servers? I’m getting frustrated over me being self taught because I have about a 40% mission success rate. I’ve watched the tuts on YouTube, read the manuals. I’m lacking and not grasping the technique and a/a engagement strategy. I really want to get good at this to join other players and not be a fool.
