IVC Client fails to close

On shutting down Falcon the program closes sometimes without crashing but always leaves the IVC client running all the time.

Very nice job on the mods so far guys and good luck with the testing phase.

This is expected behavior… in 4.32 also.

I thought the testing phase started in 2013??

4.33 was developped since mid 2011 (far before 4.32 release) …and yes testing since 2013
