autogen trees, there is a command line config to bring up to higher altitude?

No. The forests etc. are defined in the texture.bin as areas. They are not defined by altitudes, so no raising of the treeline would be possible.

Are you using not stock 4.33 3d tree model(s)?
AFAIK, as long as the pivot point of the tree 3D model is on itโs bottom,
the autogenerated trees should grow on top of the terrain.Cheers,

is it possible to test a tree whose give and obtain a best performance fps in any theater and after we could implant any tree with less fps

This is not how it worked in 4.32. Now model of tree is coded into the shader. Perhaps some difference can be accomplished by using smaller size textures , but this was already tested without significant results on fps, but quite a visual difference.
