[Bug 4.33] TGP not loaded for wingmen w/ LGB as default

Hi,
BMS 4.33. Had 2 offline campaign missions flying not as the lead aircraft. Both times I checked my loadout before start and saw that TGP pod was selected.
Now on runway no TGP’s loaded for 2,3 and 4(me). But flight lead had one loaded as the only one.Tried same in LGB TE and all was fine there.
Anyone else seen this or can confirm? Maybe an issue here.

Just did another test starting in new campaign. Seems its reproducable.
Made some screenshots to show.As soon as I am on the runway only the TGP is not there.
Anyway still need to thank all people involved with the latest BMS release. You guys surprise us every time and make so many happy with your outstanding work!

Did you modifyed the loadout or was it the defaul loadout? … If you changed your loadout to load GBU10, need a screen of your Weapon Loading page.

When it happens, can you access the TGP page or is it only a 3d model issue ?

Sorry sir……but I don’t know what it means…“flight was probably deagged when he clicked the box.”. So I hope the investigation continues at least enough to explain the reason this happens I the post, since I two have this happen from time to time and can’t figure out why. Seems I learn a lot of things from these types of posts, so I appreciate your time giving descriptive answers. Thanks.

For Agged DeAgged stuff explanations, you might search the “Realism Patch 5 Manual.pdf” (which you can find if you still have a 4.32 installed)

For info, now in 4.33 if flight is DeAgged, you won’t be able to change loadout.

Hi,
It was all default loadout.
What I did was:
-Start new campaign (first from the list)
-Select 80th squadron
-Wait for first OCA-strike (Or any other where TGP will be used)
-Select play as wingman
-For me its always same result, lead gets TGP, all wingmen me an AI (if 4 flight) dont get TGP when in 3D on runway.I select takeoff well before takeoff time and then select start on runway.
In 3D the target pod is not accessable, so not only 3D model issue
I did not click any boxes or changed loadout, all default.
Clean 4.33 BMS install but also have Balkans community installed.Cheers

Yep, I just tried your steps and I can reproduce indeed. It does not happen every time, but it does happen, and apparently only with default loadout as LGBs. Nice catch !
While waiting for the fix, we would have to find a workaround. During my test I found it seems to happen especially when you leave default loadout and commit on runway. So you can try using taxi or editing loadout before to circumvent the pb.
EDIT : I’m editing the thread title so that it is easier to find in case of new reports.

okay…if this happens only when LGBS are loaded, that is WEIRD as this is the most obvious and straightforward code path…
that might be fixed in U1 then …

Hey guys,
i found same problem yesterday. Sometimes it works,but sometimes whatever i reset TGP is still off. I found workaround.if you end mission and jump into it again, TGP will be loaded and fully functional or i didn’t reproduce it when mission starts from taxiway. I didn’t test it too much (maybe 4x) but it worked for me.
It looks like a bugUpdate: or it is not,and i’m doing something wrong at ramp start

I did not see the problem again while starting as taxi instead of starting at runway.
