Main Checklist - 15\. FUEL QTY SEL knob Check
-
The first line after the title line of pre-flight step 15 reads “The following Values are based on JP-4 or JP5/8”
I think it should be “The following values are based on JP-4/5 or JP-8”
Y’see, when I was a boomer, the ‘JP’ numbers were a representation of the fuel density . . . JP-4 was 6.4 lbs/gal, JP-5 was 6.5 lbs/gal, and JP-8 was 6.8 lbs/gal. The difference between the JP-4 we used in the United States and the JP-8 we used in the United Kingdom was significant enough that we had to use different fuel loading charts to calculate the aircraft’s CG.

Looks like it was just copied from the real -1 so maybe they should change that one too
Quantities per tank are also indicated in a column JP4 and a column JP5/8 e.g. 300 gal fuel tank 2300 lbs ± 100 if JP4 and 2420 ± 100 if JP5/8

I was thinking that JP-4 and JP-5 should be grouped together because of the minimal difference in their respective densities and JP-8 should be a standalone value.
