I will do that then.

Second install attempt was a failure as well, when i loaded into a dogfight with the F-22, it loaded me into and F-16 cockpit and external model; and when i checked the tactical references F-22, my game crashed.
Going to try one more time before giving up.

lod editor might be hard for some new to it. and some numbers are different for 4.33 than tut vids of 4.32. i will post a folder with all properly adjusted files and people can copy and replace. this would be for default kto 4.33u2 and 3 only. it may be days before i can post this so if any one beats me to it thats fine by me. cheers

Hello Metalhead
I Press MRK in the ICP (23.Toggle ON and OFF the HMCS refer manual) but not working to HMCS.
I install F 22 to BMS 4.33 U3.
Thank you
-
The latest version of his F-22 does not have a HMCS, you’d have to enable it via the editor.

Yes, this is correct, and i wish we could have it enabled again.
-
Go to the editor, F-22A double click and check the box “has HMS” did it for me

How did you fix it? What were you doing wrong? I’m having the same problem you had.
Cheers!

Hi MetalHead, is there a simple way to make the wheels spin? weapon doors also open incorrectly. It keeps opened unless I switch to Gun in the SMS page, both AA and AG mode…
-
This is one alternative to installing it with LODedit, Its a big download because it needs the whole adjusted db but if you are pulling your hair out over lod edit this is for you.
install: Overwrite all files in main directory after you backup… this is for KTO theater only, dont put these files in a add-on theaterKnown issues with bms 4.33 u1,2,3
1. never go to load out screen before entering 3d world first ( this is fixed in Nordic version.)
2. bay door mfd display shows wrong weapons IE if you arm 120s its says gbu if you arm aim9s it says 120s and such
3. to close and open the bays you arm or disarm gun in sms page in both ag and aa mode.Metalheads awesome model and skin is worth a few glitches and those glitches are currently trying to be ironed out by a few people at least.
Until then if any one wants to test out F22 and cant seem to get lod edit to work for you here is a link you can just over write original KTO

Hello, thank you, I installed the F-22 in KTO, but I cannot find the “has HMS” box in the editor, could u give an exact location, am I missing something?

In the Editor, go to the Vehicles Tab then the Aircraft tab. Click on Name to sort it alphabetically.
Scroll down to the F-22A entry, double click on the entry. The Flags are on the right hand side. Put a checkmark in the “has HMS” box which is at the bottom of the first row.
Click Save.

HEY Thanks! is there a way to arm with AIM9x too?
-
yes, load it
if it is not loadable, set it up, add it to a hardpoint, you can do that in the editor
-
Yes, you go to the same place, but you have to add the AIM9X to the Hardpoints.
Back up your DB first.
Just check each Hardpoint for AIM-120 or other missiles, I think one Hardpoint has a AIM9M on it.
You select the Hardpoint first, just click on the #, then View, the Hardpoint Data Editor box will appear.
Click on the first empty slot, which will say “0 No Weapon 0”, it will highlight.
Click on +1, then Select Weapon. Scroll down and click on the AIM-9X and then OK and the weapon will appear on the Hardpoint. Save
If you make a mistake, Cancel it. And start over.
You have to do each Hardpoint individually.
If you want to change a missile type which is already loaded on a Hardpoint, click on it’s entry a change it to what you want. Don’t forget to click the +1 before selecting the weapon.
You can check your work by clicking once again on each Hardpoint # after you’re done.
