USAF F-16C Block 40 (before CCIP!)

While editing the DB for private use with some friends (Cold War scenario), I am in doubt regarding avionics of the original USAF block 40. A quick check on F-16.net did not help, and since I am away from my aviation library right now, “you are my only hope”.

As far as I remember, block 40s before CCIP used to carry the old FLIR (two pods AAQ-14 and AAQ-13) and could not carry any HTS pod. Correct?
Only with the CCIP, the block 40s (now CM) could carry the HTS. Correct? -
Second question: Which RWR did the old 40s used to have? The same as the Block 30s?

As we believe the Documentation of F-16.net, the HARM was established in the short periode of a year after the BLK40´s roll out. Could you operate the HARM without HST-Pod?
I don´t know, and I don´t know, when CCIP was applied to the jets, but maybe it helps you -
yes, the HTS pod just adds a very significant upgrade to the HARMs capabilities.
Pretty sure the block 40/42 originally came with the AN/ALR-69 and CCIP aircraft mostly got upgraded to the AN/ALR-56M.

Blu3wolf, do you know which platforms are already carrying the R7 variant of the HTS? I heard a presentation recently on its capabilities…wow…able to pinpoint emitter locations with a such precision, that PGM can be used against it.
EDIT: Imagine…you make a mark point on the position of found by your HTS R7 and then you send a JSOW. You take the whole battery. No need for ARM anymore at all!

To my knowledge, all USAF block 50/52 CM aircraft, since late 2008. With the M4.2+ tape, 40/42 CMs can carry it also.

Or alternatively, you can send the precise coordinates to any other Link 16 player, which could mean friendly aircraft with missiles remaining, artillery units, or naval task forces with cruise missiles. Given a permissive enough airspace you could attack with SDBs, allowing more targets hit at the cost of standoff range.

Do you know, which version of the HTS is modelled in BMS?
Is there a explicit verison modelled or a mix of different versions?Would be really interesting

HTS and HARM are generic in Falcon/BMS. Taking into account its precision, something between AGM-88C Block V and IV with HTS R5-6 (still missing some features).
Why?
EDIT: That is ok…hijack it. HARMs …SEAD in general is mother of all topics.
