AIM 120 AMRAAM training TE

Yes manual page 48 looks like the BMS boys added significant new realism to the RWR good job fellas!

I do have it turned up to max and i could hear the specific tones that a/c make but when i saw the M i couldnt hear its’ tone.
Heres’ what i’m talking about, in this vid get it to 19:40 you’ll hear the tone i’m talking about when the adder goes active (which Krause defends really well against, in fact the flanker fires 2 and defends against both) and i noticed he has the handoff on.
I see what you’re talking about…you should be hearing the singer, then. Unless you’re getting shot by one that doesn’t need to go active…sneaky bastards. But I don’t know if this/those are modeled or not…
-
Nope, R-77s in BMS need to go active.
You will only hear the RWR indication if it is in HANDOFF mode So I would recommend that.
SINGER is reserved for RWR indication of a surface to air missile launch.
SORT also has specific intent incidentally.
-
…“warbler”?

Humm…where is this A/A training mission. Its not in my list of TEs? Is the A/A training mission/s that was excluded from the release and from the training manual I purchased?

For any Training Mission not yet included in 4.33, one solution could be to convert a similar mission from 4.32 using Mission Commander

Thats what i thought so yea i’ll ensure i always have handoff switched on. Does the same apply to get SAM launch warnings with the launch warning tone? needing handoff switched on?

I take it you’re playing 4.33? coz i’m still playing 4.32 and the TE i’m referring to is in that.
-
To hear the tone, yes.
