ICP assigned buttons don't work in Sufa IT 1.0.1
-
Been testing out the new version of BMS 4.33.1 with the Israel Theatre 1.0.1
Noticed that my assigned ICP buttons don’t work on certain F16 aircraft but work on others
When flying the Sufa ICP numpad buttons only work when clicking on screen but not with assigned external controls.
Other IAF models like Block 30 or 40 seem to work fine
any ideas? -
If your talking specifically about the list button, try the sequence (dauber right)

No the list stuff works as mentioned in the manual, with IAF models being different. That’s all fine.
It’s actually only the numpad buttons. I’m thinking maybe I need to re-install? -
Check the key file? I had this when I used my old 4.33 file with u1, some things worked, others didn’t, my icp keys needed to be redone as the bindings had changed.

I suspect that’s the problem, so what does an idiot like myself do when I overwrote the key file while importing 4.33 settings? re-install the whole thing?

Good question, are the originals available on here anywhere? I’m sure we could send them somehow
-
Install/Docs/key file and input.

The key file is a very basic text file which is not difficult to edit in Notepad (or similar).
The key file names have changed from 4.32 to 4.33 so nothing should be overwritten. I’m pretty sure the ICP callbacks didn’t change either (why would they?). You can probably load a default 4.33u1 key file and test the ICP callbacks directly and then go back and fix your old personal key file once it’s proven to work.

Ok, I went ahead and re-installed BMS 4.33u1 from scratch, then re-installed Israeli Theatre, still none of the ICP number buttons work.
When I check the controller setup in the main menu the ICP number buttons all work, but as soon as I’m in the plane they don’t work.
I made a whole new profile from scratch but that didn’t fix it. I’m using a Logitech G13 for my ICP controller. All of the other buttons work like A-A A-G COM1/2 etc… but the numpad buttons are a no go, out of ideas at this point. -
Go into the set up UI/controllers and this time be sure that the Num Lock is OFF.
Now check you key assignments, in the UI…… -
Thanks Badger, will try and report back

all keystrokes things are handled in code, so it’s not related to the theater directly. Can you please create a TE in KTO with the sufa and test again?
there should not be a diff between sufa and barak

Now check you key assignments, in the UI……I seem to regularly leave the “Dumb Lock” engaged. Mostly when talking to a attractive girl.
Actually when engaging a very attractive target I often have my joystick act up.

The numlock was the culprit! everything is working fine now, thanks fellas!
