Adding a slider for zoom
-
Since moving to Cougar, I miss the zoom slider my x52 pro had
I am going to try one of these https://palettegear.com/ and see how well it works, and post results.
Anybody else add an axis or slider, or used the above?

Wow, real beautiful stuff. Just a bit pricy (for me).

you can just get the slider or dial, alone

Follow up……
Installed, and have flown with it.
Now, have a great zoom ability on my left hand.
1 slider, 1 dial/button, 2 buttons…
works great.

That palette gear is too end kit for the graphics art crowd primarily. $200 for the entry level option.
I use a $58 Saitek 3 lever throttle quadrant that I can map to anything I want. Zoom, gear, hook, flaps, etc.

But the ability to use just my left thumb like the microstick, was worth it to me……
they may seem pricey, but they are small form factor quality pieces…
