F18 download

hey all…
im new… very new… i usually only sim when i do do recurrents at flight safety for work… however a few guys play bms falcon in their downtime… so i thought id give it a try… frustrating to say the least but fun… i can see how the game is helping the guys keep their edge with SA. anyhow… i love the f18… and would really like to use it. can someone give me a play by play of what to download and how to download it… just a simple this then that one time through so i can see how its done… as well ive tried iron and flounders joystick setups for the x52 pro with HOTAS… can anyone suggest anything better… again im not very techy so please be detailed or point me where to go… cheers

There is no need to download the F/A-18 - it is already included in the game.
You simply join a Hornet squadron in the campaign or TE.

No, Jon, there is nothing ‘better’. Only different. ‘Better’ depends on your personal outlook and your perceived needs. The one thing I will tell you is:
Any profile should be based, as closely as possible, on the actual F16 HOTAS first and foremost. Additional commands, callbacks, etc. AFTER that as buttons, etc. are available.
Second tip: whichever profile you settle on, be sure it’s based on verion 4.33 callbacks/commands.
