@jayb
I figured it out. It was a keybinding conflict. in the command “Cursor Stop” the keys “Shft+Y” are used.
When used as a simple keypress in the programming software it somehow stands on the “Y” forever. So I just changed it to an advanced command so the "Y"would release normally.
And miraculously, I just had a full flight without a hitch.
Thanks for your help! It made order out of Chaos in my brain.

Solution for Rdr Cursor on X52
I have been working on a new profile for the X52s and it has been a bit of headache. But finally I found the solution to be able to put the cursor controls on the ministick.
First make the ministick in the programming software into bands.
You should have 3 boxes per ministick
On ministick X the top box is: SHFT+ArrowRight, the middle box is: SHFT+Y, the bottom box is: SHFT+ArrowLeft.
On ministick Y the top box is: SHFT+ArrowUp, the middle box is: SHFT+Y, the bottom box is: SHFT+DownArrow.
If this does not work, look for a possible keybinding conflict.
