It is probably a unicorn problem*, but just in case someone else will have a similiar issue in the future too.
I had the problem that FalconBMS suddently stopped to enter the 3D world, e.g. after pressing “Commit” at Instand Action.
All I was get was the FalconBMS splash screen in the upper left corner of the monitor and the process did hang up.
After I created a process dump (right click on the process in the task manager and select “Create dump”) and analysed it with the DebugDiag (https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/help/2580960/debug-diagnostics-tool-v1-2-is-now-available)
The following problem where identified:

The following module(s) are involved with this critical section
C:\ProgramData\A-Volute\A-Volute.28054DF1F58B4\Modules\ScheduledModules\x64\NahimicOSD.dll from Nahimic
After stopping the Nahimic service, to which the NahimicOSD.dll belongs, FalconBMS worked again.
*Unicorn problem because I have ~ 4 - 6 sound devices, that changes from time to time. Maybe that caused the ****up with Nahimic und FalconBMS
