Salut
Excellent job.

(Except the Warning Reset toggle. I’ll need to look into that.)
hi
to configure the drift c/o, norm and warm reset button:
1 select the -ON line move up to DRIFT C/O and leave it in this position, then save.
2 select the line -NORM move the knob back to NORM and save.
3 select the _WARN RESET line, move the knob down to WARN RESET and KEEP HOLD, then save.
OK thanks @VIPER-0
If I summarize what I think I understand.
All clients set their bitrates to 256K
The server is on the default settings:
Download = 2048
Upload = 1024
g_bHostDisableP2pForDubiousConnections 1
As an option and for the pleasure of flying, I create TEs with a minimum of mobile units. I can easily understand that.
Did you set g_bClientServerConnection 1, as @MaxWaldorf indicated?
humor: do you know this sentence (in french) :
“il comprend vite mais il faut lui expliquer longtemps”
“he understands quickly but you have to explain it to him for a long time”
I still have to try with my 4G phone.
Merci
Hi
@VIPER-0 Thanks for your advice.
Do all participants set the bitrate to 256 Kb or only those with low internet speeds?
Modifying the database is more complicated, as each driver has to agree to the modification.
Some of your drivers use their smartphones to connect.
Is there a problem opening ports?

Salut
Merci
I’ll give it a try
What’s annoying is that I used to only have this problem when flying multiplayer campaigns.
Now I also have it on TE.
Maybe last night’s was loaded with active units.
Hello.
I have a low-speed ADSL Internet connection.
During multiplayer flights I experience pauses, probably due to the latency of the flow. These pauses being numerous, multiplayer flights are impossible for me.
I read on Max’s site (https://www.falcon-lounge.com/falcon-bms-essentials/guides/network-configuration-for-falcon-bms/)
"set g_bHostDisableP2pForDubiousConnections
If you have set previous setting to 1. You can make sure those clients are not using P2P and connect only to server (might avoid latency issues) "
Should this setting be made only on the server, only on the client, or both?
Another thing: on the client side, I have to set the parameters to 70% (Max’s site) or 80% (Falcon BMS doc) for my upload and download speed in the multiplayer connection window.
To read my speedtest result
Downstream : ~ 4820
Upload: ~520
So that means I have to wait for fiber, it seems to me.

Hello @cougar56th
Thank you for your reply.
The pdf contains an error.
I’ll look for more complete docs.
Have a good flight
Hello
I’m new to TE manufacturing and for some missions I want to reduce the number of pods available, especially the HTS pod.
Reading pdf TO 1F-16CMAM-34-1-1 BMS.pdf I find the F-16 that fits, the F-16CM block 42 … yippee
Except that the loadout proposes the HTS pod
I search the database, which confirms that the HTS pod is carried.
My internet searches show that the HTS pod is fitted on the F-16 50-52.
Which info is true? the one in the pdf or the one in the database?
To facilitate my research, I use the spreadsheet proposed here :
https://forum.falcon-bms.com/topic/4288/wip-practical-comparison-for-the-f-16-block-variants-in-4-33?_=1698995957000
Thanks to the creator
Thank @Foxtrot701 you for these answers, but …
I went to visit the database for the first time and it still raises questions.
For SAM 10 and 4, invisibility on 2D is possible.
For SAMs 2 and 3 it’s not possible.
When I look at the database, I find similarities in the “Type” column for these SAMs.
I’m getting deeper
Hello
When creating a TE, I know that to make a SAM site invisible on the 2D map, it is necessary to create this SAM site with a longer time.
This works for some SAMs like the SA-10 but not for the SA-2 for example.
Is this normal and if so, how do I know which SAM can be hidden and which cannot?
Or is there a trick to hiding all SAMs?
Thank you
Hello
Good summary.
One remark concerning the NC option, you mark NO GLIDE. It seems to me that this is not correct, the EOMG sub-mode is active.
Gliding is therefore possible.
Enjoy your flight
I use an auto translator
Hello
Preamble: I don’t know English, so I use an automatic translator (deepL).
Thanks Maxk01 , your publication is interesting.

To use a MIDI device I use another approach.
The configuration of the joysticks on Falcon BMS is not the easiest and is sensitive to the modification of the connected joysticks.
Recently I acquired a second hand X-Touch mini and have been working on integrating it into my flight simulators (X-plane and Falcon BMS).
The idea was to build a keyboard shortcuts system to not disturb the Falcon BMS configuration.
I found my solution on the X-plane forum where the forum member ‘trijet_arno’ proposes a “universal” solution using Vjoy and FreePIE software. trijet_arno created a script for FreePIE that sets the joystik.
https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/files/file/81652-freepie-advanced-script-for-behringer-x-touch-mini/
Vjoy allows to map the MIDI device and to create a virtual joystick.
To create the keyboard shortcuts I use JoyToKey.
To have the virtual joystick present at Windows startup I created a task that launches Vjoy.
I created a bat file that runs :
Bonnes missions
