It seems that running TIR5 with admin rights did the trick.
Much appreciated!

TIR5 software crashes Falcon BMS
I am not expecting a direct solution, but i wanted to share this with you and see if there maybe are other people with the same issue.
My Falcon BMS crashes within 10 minutes when i use my TIR5.
No exceptions, the sim goes back to desktop real quick after starting it.
I have already done a complete reinstall of FBMS, on another disk.Now i have a number of options left, which i will try when i find the time ;
Upgrade my windows, i still use windows 7 pro 64 bit.
Upgrade my TIR software.
Compatibility modes. For now, to at least give my some time flying, i do not use TIR.
I use TIR without issues on IL-2 Battle of stalingrad.

RE: 3DPIT WISHLIST
F-14 and F-5 for me, pure nostalgia.
Would have loved to see the F-4 there as well. -
RE: Serious bug (apparently)
A reinstall I see in the future…
Good one, but i have to admit i installed BMS for the very first time and immediately installed Israel after it.
I took the BMS download with all the updates.I fail to understand your comment. I thought TE was the editor and dogfight is a mode in the aircraft itself (button on the throttle)
How do those things work together? I probably miss something here, im still a noob on BMS. -
RE: Serious bug (apparently)
My israeli theater causes a crash-to-desktop when i select tactical engagement in the menu.
No priority there for me as i am still learning the basics which i can do in Korea. -
RE: Logitech Extreme 3D Pro - insufficient deadzone for rudder
Does this solve the “sliding” problem?
I experience problems where the plane “slides” around at weird moments. Now that could be turbulence or thermals, but i am not even sure if that is modeled in BMS.
It usually stops after a second or 2, but it keeps coming back.
I have no other way to describe it other than sliding. The nose of the aircraft slides left, right up or down a bit and then stabilises.
It happens after movement, but also spontaneous during level flight.
