Use the snelle one (thread below). It’s very good and got full docu.

Lynzoid I have been flying with Snelle key file, everything is operational as intended and the mouse analog directional pad works beautifully (btw thank you Snelle for sharing).
Importing Snelle key file into the key editor worked fine but before you can import a config you have to set the Primary Input Device? I was unsure which Input Devices to select as there was no option for the X-55 stick and throttle so I choose anything that did not conflict. Options being TM Cougar and Saitek Devices no conflicts and if i wanted to make my own key file i would also need to know which Input device to select thats why i’m asking… if it makes no sense forgive me im tired looking at these key files. -

So why import in in key file editor?
I find changes in keyfiles are much easier done manual, i.e. in notepad. Some understanding of keyfilemanual //DOCS…… DX section is manditory. -
As I get further into bms Snelle I just wanted to have the ability to change keys to my preferences. Imported your key file into the editor to see if I could understand which Primary Input Devices you selected, there’s no drop down box in the DX settings for the X-55 and also wanted to experiment with the key file editor as it looked an easy option than using notepad and the possibility of me damaging the key file. Will go back to the keyfile manuals and make DX section mandatory read, thank you for the advice.
P.s what primary input devices can I use

Hey Arny …old farth…Terminate the key file editor
In BMS “primary” should allways be the “stick”
Do read documentation and understand what is in there will get you there for sure within notime.

Hehe! You should hear team speak get some very funny impersonations.
Will read the DOCS until I get it. In the mean time I will keep useing your key file. Thanks for your work.

Snelle read the docs and found the section you suggested about manually editing directx code lines then downloaded notepad++ changed few codes and it worked

Cheers,
Terminating is not allways a bad thing

Would have been here asking you questions but had to fix X-55 stick rudder twitching. After the fix the roll axis started drifting from left to right resolved the problem by deleting the ‘axismapping.dat in the config folder’ and installing Saitek SST (DELETE) hasta la vista baby.
