Unnecessary controls

@smasha:
The ramp start is a mind torture.
Only at first. By the 100th time it’s like getting in the car and turning the key. By the 1000th time you can do it before morning coffee.
I agree the reference manuals are confusing. A pilot is at heart an information aggregator. Putting the pieces together while learning is a kind of exercise to build the mentality needed to continue flying. If it is easy and spoon fed your brain muscle may be flabby when it comes time for the next level. Half of the challenge of piloting is having confidence and ability to build slowly a big picture of small parts. The mountain is too tall to step to the top at once. Don’t think about the top of the mountain, just the next step in front of you. If you do the next step in front of you always the top of the mountain will come to you.
Lastly no modern aviator I know of did it alone. Find an instructor/mentor that you like and work with and fly together. Flying with someone more experienced and good teaching ability is the #1 path to improvement.

Oman.
But I can’t do it because of the pilot’s legs.
I got 90 percent through it but there was a switch that I couldn’t reach and also I can’t see all the caution lights because of the pilot’s legs.
Is there a mod where you can toggle these on and off? -

Most of the squadrons are a bit snobby if you know what I mean.
Is there a teacher or squad ron out here for NOOBS.
I mean NOOBs who have had the game since 1999 and desperate to learn?

By default there is no legs. Just don’t install the mod.

I know what you mean. Fly with me I can straighten you out and I promise I won’t make you join since there’s no squadron.

@smasha:
Everything is hard in BMS mate.
Selecting a target you need to understand what all the mdf switches do.
Waiting for Australia to design an airplane.
One press,everything switches on automatically with out 5 rubix cubes sitting in your lap.
She’ll be RIGHT MATE!
Yeah, I dunno mate…. look up the Nomads that the RAAF used to fly. Designed and built in Melbourne, and widely regarded in the service as a death sentence if you got posted to flying them.
