New pilot heads testing…. I think they look ok what do u think? I wont change the bodies… Sorry maybe i can use better (if i can find good) textures. -
wow nice.
BUT
Increase the resolution. Maybe have alongside a higher resolution texture for this beauty on the corresponding folder when high res texture usage is selected from falcon settings. Don’t be afraid of it, go as high as 4096 or even 8192. The pilot texture resolution looks much higher than the airplane. Text is unreadable and a poly is having an attitude at the intake. :lol:

Actually the texture is 4096x4096. but ok the stencil source isnt that good unfortunatelly… I cant find a good source to download and use Stencils. The poly having an attitude actually is the Inner intake ramp lol. I have to edit there the limits of the DOF

Do you have the blueprint of it? or tell me the exact model to look in to it. From the blueprint I can create u vector which will be super.
Also from Substance painter and a good source of the bolts heads and maybe and the frame lines I can create them in super detail and blend them as natural as they can be. I will need the 3d model and the texture clean and with the lines and bolts to have it as guide.
In the past I had found in Ultra super trooper resolution the markings. ejection etc… hmmm I must search them.
Else I can do them in vector if we have good reference. -

as I told u from the blueprint if it’s clean and high res it can derive a nice vector which u can scale up to real size and keep the high detail… using the same vector and using a bolts pattern inside corel or maybe AdobeIllustrate u-I can create the bolts automatically.

So if you attach the blueprint on it to guide u (on a separate layer) then in a separate layer u-I can create the bolts and frame lines… along side dirt smokes cracks liquid drops corrosion u name it. Example dirt on the border of the canopy on the glass.I’m a sucker for those… is it that obvious??? :lol:
And if our good falcon supported more 3d goodies like AO specular etc many marvelous things could be added to make it more realistically.

I was meaning i got the bolts/panel lines from the paintkit provided… But ok i see what i can do when i get my pc running normally again…

the computer is up and running again and i will start continue the job. Good thing i was keeping a backup of ll the work and it seems now after a complete fresh install of my system that things are running smoother than before ;). It seems that the video card i got for upgrade didnt wanted to work and fortunatelly it didnt made anything worst in the rest of the system, it did return to the company i bought it as a DOA and im waiting… till then i will continue my work

Im back….
Everything is up and running as it should again. I had some minor windows 10 problems but i fixed them… new beast on the rig working rx480 nitro oh by thee way pilot heads changed to new helmets as raptor instructed me. Lod with old helmets also available for other versions/liveries so on we go… Next the turkish 2020 and minor fixes to AUP…

Hhahaha, Yup it will be in the start as a seperate download. Major variants as i think with their skins actually when the Main fixes and frame will be ready to make the other variants now for me is few minutes time. So as i said in earlier posts. -E, -EJ, -ESK,-F, -I will be modelled i just started with E(AUP) and E(TM2020) first of all for me and cause im greek of course and AUP right now is my beloved variant. (Actually i love all phantoms). If im able to extract a good lowpoly model and the community wants to insert it in a future BMS database i will be very happy ofcourse. For the time being im able to work only quite high poly models (~72k tris) and im trying to figure out this part.
