Weapon Delivery Planner released

Still need to have a C drive to install this program?

Just as some extra info, the WX briefing only gets filled when you have loaded a mission which has the WX saved as deterministic.

Hi Falcas,
I have some issues concerning weather with a map model (.fmap) I think it doesn’t work correctly, could you check please?
Best regards, and thanks for your job here
PS. Any about this–>? or it’s only me…
In the threats tab, when I push the speaker in order to reproduce the RWR sound , it doesn’t sound anything. Do you have the same issue?

Still need to have a C drive to install this program?
Wouldn’t it be easier to change the path during installation?
-
Only possible if you have a C drive in the first place. Without a C drive you can’t even get to the page to change install location.

For those who have problems with the installer, there has been an package for a pretty long time now.
You can get the package without installer here:

Coming back to Falcon and just want to say THANK YOU again to Falcas for this program! I’m familiarizing myself with it again and would like to just repeat a request I made more than a year ago:
I use WDP and integrate the output to my Helios profile. To make it an easy copy-paste affair, can we have the option to have a consistent naming format for all the files? Currently, it names the output “Falcon 1_Briefing” and “Falcon 1_Comm_Left” for the kneeboard option or “Falcon 1_A_Briefing” and “Falcon 1_C_Datacard_Left” for the no-kneeboard option. If we could have it that they are simply named A, B, C, D and so on or Comm_Left, Comm_Right, Left, Right, and so on, it would be a very simple copy-paste to the Helios directory. As it is now, I would have to basically take out the flight callsign.
Again, thanks for the continued work on WDP and I hope you’ll consider my suggestion!!

Any chance we can get WDP to work with the latest Battle for Balkans campaign? I’m not at my of right now so I can’t recall what errors I get, I just know it doesn’t work. I play it in single player.

I remain confused regarding the choice in WDP of whether or not the DTC for particular mission was saved. I plan a mission, set precision steerpoints, lines, etc. and save the DTC. If in WDP I select that the DTC was saved for that mission, the map shows the original flight plan, but with precision steerpoints. If I select that I did not save the DTC, the map displays my correct/altered flight plan, but the precision steerpoints are lost. Some other DTC settings like lines and PPTs also appear to behave inappropriately. Can anyone enlighten me how this feature works? Love the program BTW.

I am having problems with the newest versions of WDP and MC. Neither one of the two sees where the falcon database or program is, regardless of if i point them to my falcon install directorie. They are both giving me errors when trying to load both programs. Before upgrading to the latest of both I had zero issues. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both programs three times to no avail. Has anyone else seen this? I am getting frustrated as heck.

Hi,
First to start off with, if you use the precision steerpoints as they should be used you should not see a difference at all.
Precision STPT is for accuratly placing a STPT which is already on that spot. Adding STPT by use of precision STPT is possible, but will only gives you this type of confusion.Always follow the KISS rule… Keep It Simple Stupid.
So create the flightplan with normal STPT. Keep all STPT inside the flightplan, meaning that the last STPT will be your landing/alternate airport.
Don’t move a precision STPT to a totally different location, just move the normal STPT to that location.Yes, this is very complicated especially because this is is about different flights and 2 DTC files which you can show and edit at all time.
So you can end up with looking at point created for flight A in the callsign.ini file, but you want to see them for flight B in the TE.ini
WDP gives you the option to sync the data in the callsign.ini and TE.iniAs you don’t give any specifics, it is also very hard to give you a good answer at this time.
If I select that I did not save the DTC, the map displays my correct/altered flight plan, but the precision steerpoints are lost. Some other DTC settings like lines and PPTs also appear to behave inappropriately
What seems inappropriate to you is most likely 100% correct

If you tell what the error is you encounter I might be able to answer.

Falcas: WDP is a brilliant piece of software - of which I am sure you know as EVERYONE on BMS relies on it! However a cheeky request. If you are going to upgrade do a second version a thought might be to pull out the elements of the ATO that pertain to your airstrip and the takeoff and landing activity for when you are taking off and landing. I think looking at the CAM/TAC file format it should be possible to do. It would help sometimes when the airbase is very very busy.

Include in MC already as this is important for mission building. And yes… it needs to be ported to WDP as well
MC=> Load your mission and go to the map.
Mouse over the airport of interest, right click and select Airport Schedule.Gr Falcas

Falcas thanks for the pointer. I did not know that was in Mission Commander at all!

I just found in WDP 3.7.3 that there IS an Airport Schedule button at the bottom left. Very useful!
