Now I did^^
{0402044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “Joystick - HOTAS Warthog”
{0404044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “Throttle - HOTAS Warthog”
{FFFF044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “Thrustmaster Combined”This is what it is looking right now.
-
Okay, getting close.
Move the lower line up like so:
{FFFF044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} "Thrustmaster Combined" {0402044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} "Joystick - HOTAS Warthog" {0404044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} "Throttle - HOTAS Warthog"
And you should be good to go.

Hi, apologies if this was asked but I searched pretty thoroughly and didn’t see it mentioned. Is there code to adjust Cougar MFD backlighting? Referring to the green backlights on the hardware, not the brightness/lighting of in-game MFDs.
I’ve got all the buttons working flawlessly, the lights are just off and I’d like to brighten it up a bit.
Thanks!
-
Ah yes!
They should actually not be turned off, but I forgot to adjust the value in my last version upload.
Anyway, easy to set yourself. There’s two ways:
- Edit the script:
Look for (line 342)
//************************* //*** TM Cougar MFD's *** //************************* ActKey(PULSE+KEYON+LED(&LMFD, LED_INTENSITY, 0)); //set left MFD backlight power to desired number (0-255) ActKey(PULSE+KEYON+LED(&RMFD, LED_INTENSITY, 0)); //set right MFD backlight power to desired number (0-255)
And change the 0 to any value between 0 and 255. 255 being the brightest setting.
- You can change the lighting without using software by holding down OSB 14 and 15 (so bottom left ones) and while holding those down, use the BRT button to change the brightness up and down.
Br,
Mud

Press the bottom 2 left buttons at the same time, and while holding them, press the BRT up and you can adjust the leds.

- You open and run the script in the Script Editor (not the Target GUI)?
- You load the keyfile in BMS?
- You set your controller in BMS to be your hotas?

Hey Mud,

Am having difficulty getting this profile to work also.
This is what I did.
Edited the tmc file by deleting all text regarding the TM Cougar MFD’s and the text regarding Launch Falcon BMS
Then I copied the keyfile to the user/config folder.
Then started the Target Script Editor and loaded the tmc file and pressed run, at this point the lights on the Throttle went out.
Then started Falcon BMS, entered setup and changed controller to Thrustmaster Combined and keyfile to Mud.
Most of the buttons on the Throttle work except for the Mic switches and Speed brake switches. None of the Joystick buttons work.
Any ideas

Tried changing to what you suggested Mud unfortunately no change
I did notice however that in the Mud keyfile the only entries displayed for the Joystick were as follows.
Don’t know if its relevant or not but seems like a lot of the Joystick keyfile entries are missing in game.No Key Assigned - REM: Trim-Reset (change @ CKPIT)
No Key Assigned - STICK: PINKY/SWITCH (DX SHIFT)
Alt a - STICK: PADDLE SWITCHI opened the Keyfile in an editor and all the Joystick commands are there but they are not displaying in the sim
Also my joystick inputs are between 65 - 82
Any ideas

Most of the stick buttons are DX mapped. It’s working for me every everybody else so there’s nothing wrong there I’m afraid.
My best guess is the Devicesorting.txt. I find it strange that you have one thing listed 3 times there. Still, that shouldn’t matter as long as Thrustmaster Combined is on top.

Yeah the FSSB R3 Warthog is a force sensor mod from spain http://realsimulator.com/html/fssb_r3_warthog.html
But the three listings of the FSSB R3 Warthog is supposed to be there.
I used to get the Warthog working fine in Win 7. Ever since I installed Win 10 am having this problem with your profile.

Are you using the old or new version of the TARGET software? I didn’t like the new one at all so I saved the old one on my Google Drive in case you wanna give that a go.
