I’m just done with converting the RDAF LOD1 into a FAP F-16AM (ADF version). After the FAP version is done (somewhere Sunday) I will create the last of the AM’s: the Jordanian model. That will either be RJAF skinned BAF or a FAP ADF version with a Sniper pod and the correct ladder. Not much work. After that is released I will start to chop up the 52 model and convert it into the GE version starting with the block 50 before moving on to the 40’s. The GE engine has been build but I have to see if some tweaking is needed to stay within the 100k poly limit for the F-16 model.

I have been busy the last few days, I fixed some issues with the EPAF birds and I finished the RDAF model. Fixes are:
-RNLAF v4 / RNoAF v2 / BE v3
- Knee board not disappearing after ejection issue fixed (LOD1 and 2’s)
- Correct cockpit instrument location including VVI EPAF version added to cockpit and all tail textures (NVG lighting).
- I added the correct visor reflection, it had the block 42 reflection (all tail textures).
- I fixed the LOD2 arm patch issue, right arm patch texmap was incorrect.
- I fixed a LOD2 HUD see through issue.
More fixes for the BE model:
- LOD3 old chute unpacked cover removed.
- Chute housing RWR box texture location conflict with airbrakes and face solved (LOD1, 2’s and the tail textures).
The updated models and the new RDAF model can be downloaded via my website: janhas dot net. The RDAF model has one skin set and two tails (727 & 730 squadron).

Yes, but only after I have done the F-16I. That model will be the first of the two seat models since it’s the most poly eating model of the two seaters.

Just a quick question: since you said you’re working on the ADF version of the FAP F-16AM, are you planning to do also an Italian skin for the F-16 ADF?

The Portuguese F-16AM model is ready. It’s an LV3 F-16AM RDAF alternative and used the same texture numbers, parent data and fm/afm dat file. I see there is a question about an ItAF version. I can do that but I can’t give you an indication when I will create that one. The FAP model can be downloaded via my website (janhas for net).

I like to use the danish model and the protugese model in one install: they share de dds numbers; I can not change that because of your safety lock on the 3d model.(with all respect for that). Is there a way to change this???

Jan you are a GOD!!! Now its time for the devs to think about getting the tris/polys limiter a bit higher…. And the biggest problem of all the 2gb database… Of course i know its not easy but with all those highpoly models lurcking around i think its start to be a must and also most of the people now have a good rig at their homes so… Again Bravo Jan…
