I tried to “fight” the F-22 … without H2H, funky-chicken overshoots or high alt. energy exploitations of AI.
It was really not easy to fight this thing in a more conventional way.I know, the argument it is “only AI” and has “no missiles” is valid, but i tried to make a point (see descriptions).

What is so special about this Video? Nothing, other than the training of SA versus 2 bandits loaded with Aim-9 “heaters”. Or maybe there is ?!
-
This last video has created some confusion and hot debate here and there, therefore i want to underline, that:
-
there is nothing special about the “killing skills” in that video at all…
-
i could have killed the dumb AIs much faster… much easier… but then the SA
idea would have not worked (for video) -
if you look closely… i miss purposly … and shoot the missiles un-caged …
-
many guys have a hard time keeping tally on one bandit… if the geometry gets more complex… that was the inspiration to make that video… using eyeball, radar, RWR and a portion of spacial imagination… (tacview in head)
-
take from the video what inspires or helps you … dump the rest … the IFs are many

im not sure, if someone who is watching that video can actually “be in my mind”… and follow, how we built up the SA - and my coms were not recorded too.
as you can see… VERRY often i dont have “tally” … but it doesn´t influence the game-plan much, because by coms we kept up the “picture”.
have to say though… coms could have been better… in specific parts.you can hear, how KV (in supporting roles/moments) gives me directives what to do (break 90^left ie) - as he has has a better picture from far with radar, so he can get to the bandit in most efficient way, while keeping me safe.
although we seperated spacially often… we still found closure to each other, while setting up the bandits. we maintained “integrity” of the mutual support contract (supportive flight-geometry and SA delivery)& “support access time” (how fast can you help your wingman) and the “isolation window” (aka can you isolate one bandit briefly to a 2v1, without loosing SA about the “free” bandit") worked therfore.
Unlike 1v1, in a 2v2 (guns or heaters) … things depend more on the initial “game-plan” … i.e in terms of:
- making the bandits commit “as wanted” … or
- the ability to “maintain integrity” (supportive flight-geometry, SA- maintainance and -delivery, ID-ing cues and short, but effective Coms) if they dont.
In 2v2 both teams mostly come with a “game-plan” - pre- and post merge, which can conflict with your own plan. So, AT the merge there is a moment of “observation”, “evaluation” and decission to be made often.
2x 1vs1 = OK // 2vs1 while other bandit is “slang out” = OK // 2bandits vs 1 one you = NOT OK
PS: even if you isolate a bandit to a 2vs1 brielfy… NEVER loose track or SA about the other bandit ever. The worst thing what can happen is a “free bandit” able to suprise.BTW: 2 vs 2 Tournament coming up Fall 2016. Get your teams ready if interested.
-
1] Initial pre-merge formation (intention)
2] pre-merge formation bandits (their intention)
3] the merge: moment of “observation”, “evaluation” and decission because
4] bandits (if not suprised and having room and time to coordinate) come with a “game-plan” - pre- and post merge TOO, which can conflict with your own plan.
5] THEREFORE making the bandits commit “as wanted” (if they want to attack, they have to commit) … or the ability to “maintain tactical flight integrity” if they dont, OR a new momentum is created (re-evalution)
6] while all that happening… you try to “isolate” one bandit to a brief 2vs1 situation, without letting the other free bandit become a new “uncontrolled suprising” threat-axis.
7] And inbetween all that, the quote: “Most people can handle one job at a time.” - issue …you have to worry and execute supportive flight-geometry, SA- maintainance and -delivery to eachother, using ID-ing cues, and short, but effective and WELL prior to the fight defined COMs.
8] considering WEZsNo matter how complex a task is, the success lies in finding its simplicity and effective-ness (like in martial arts)
if a team (2 guys) do not sit down, create game-plans, discuss crucial coms and how to support eachother… draw example cases on paper if it helps… PRIOR to 2 vs 2 fights… all their results and success is random and luck mostly… because probably the other team was even more “confused”.
2 vs 2 starts and ends in the training and preperation imo., REGARDLESS how skilled both pilots individually are. And the “Element” (2-ship) is the FOUNDATION of anything else after it.
…that is maybe, why one sees on FoF servers more lone-wolfs on “rambo missions”, instead of an “unstoppable”, well coordinated “FORCE of bandits”, well trained and well team-working. -
Not really a good example lol, but intermittently some of the fundamentals are applied.

Aww, always so humble my friend. I remember you saying - after watching the tape of this fight: "your geometry and timing was “perfect”.
At least you are not so humble with your guns, if you are on the hunt  You did some good damage to the bandits - and they weren´t easy opponents either

I had the following videos removed, because of three reasons:
- Not many viewed them
- Someone “blackmailed” them as “copyright-content”, although they contain NO music titles whatsoever (youtube is taking care of it now)
- other personal reasons … but i think, those are fine now.
AND as i have been asked more than once to bring them back online… here they are. ENJOY.

Is that a matchplay from 5 years ago?
Recorded 28.05 and released 30th May 2014 as shown in Youtube date (one can not change that date on youtube once published).
People kept asking me to put them back online. People like watching our videos, especially if both are in the same “ring” i guess.
PS: Our first ever BMS match was November 2011, our last match was Jan 2017. Omg, 5 years. Time flies, does it not?
In total:
-
32x match-plays.
-
13x of which you won
-
2x 1-1 Draws (i guess game crashes, cant remember)
-
17x of which i won.
-
and 8x 2v2 tapes, where we flew together as a team
according to my archives.

That’s alittle awkward but ok
And F4AF? Just out of morbid curiosity lol

And F4AF? Just out of morbid curiosity lol
I see F4AF tapes archieved here by names and dates starting form June 2009 to Jan 2011:
You are listed 4 times in that period of time with:
- 6-10
- 9-10
- 2-5
- 1-5
all victories for you.
I know this well, because 14th June 2009 is the day i started a new Logbook and kept it since AND i recorded and archived ALL matchplays since - by name and date.
That was the day i felt ready to keep track of stats on a serious basis - after my “Apprenticeship” in F4 coming from “Blowmac”.YES, i am aware, that we flew much more often before June 2009 in F4AF - the times after i came to Allied Forces from Flaming Cliffs - and yes i am also aware, that you trashed me
badly in my early F4 days (little did i know about F4) - if that matters for you to be mentioned!
But in case you missed it, i already meantioned this fact in the INTRO of the first Part:I hope you dont want our Flaming Cliffs (LockOn) and IL-2 results not aswell (LOL) - beause these i did not archive.

This here right now is exactly why Nr3). I felt back then clearly - and i did not want that - you being “venomous” towards me. And that BRO, is reason Nr3) why i had them removed.
Besides…
You never wanted to be a “Legend” - BUT you made yourself a Legend with your flying, posts and videos and you ARE a Legend in the F4 dogfighting arena in the eyes of many. Get over it.
You never wanted to be “hunted” and hate the “pressure” - BUT you are being hunted, you are a benchmark (or a trophy) for many - and this is not a bad thing, it is a compliment to be honest.
You never wanted to give stats to much weight - BUT you are apperantly, otherwise you would not have asked “morbidly”.
You even hate, if people take your words and re-post them differently as you have mentioned many time. You are wrong! They learn from you and share what they have been shared - even this is a possitive thing.
You always wanted to appear humble and nice - and yeah - your are a fine dude in my eyes, BUT i also KNOW, that you are a “hunter” and not a “for fun”, nor a “fool around” pilot. You inspired many pilots. Learn to live with that honor.
Pilots here are getting (as we have seen) better and better. No pressure there LOL. This is also a good thing, because this way, those who put in the work and effort will understand and respect eachother even more so -
KNOWING what it took to get to such a level of flying. -
I see. Well, I didn’t realize you were keeping a score, but I do now :D. Nonetheless good flying thus far, regardless of your strange tribute (first time I’ve seen this). I look forward to more flights whenever you feel up to it, I can certainly use the flight hours, my SA is still quite poor leading an element in the campaign.
