Watch these: https://www.benchmarksims.org/forum/showthread.php?5822-Krause-s-BMS-Tutorials
They helped me get back to speed in F4.

Welcome to BMS, start reading your manual.

There is no weapons manual/ flight manual per se. The BMS manual is a lead-in for Falcon players making the F4-BMS transition. It highlights the features which are new and different in BMS. The Red Dog Dash 1 is a general manual for BMS. Neither of which is especially task-focused. The best task-specific manual is the original F4.0 manual which steps through the various weapons and radar modes one by one. It is good in concept but not 100% in detail as BMS is more accurate than F4. Backspace (or any singular control in the F-16 at all) doesn’t cycle between AG weapons for example.
Learning weapons I suggest learning near-to-far, air to air before air to ground, simple before complex. You must know the radar very well and the HOTAS commands and what they do. The 3 major avionics modes and 2 override modes must be clearly understood.
There is no color-by-numbers manual for BMS. You will have to read the F4 manual for high level concepts. Read other manuals for mechanical details. Watch video tutorials to see it demonstrated. Try it yourself in practice sessions. There is much information out there and you must aggregate it from several sources.

So i read the falcon 4.0 manual to get a quick look to get the weapons system and radar thing understand then i can check the bms bench mark real thing and see if there’s any changes

That’s my advice. I’ll give an example, Chapter 4 Air-to-Air Weapons, Mission 13: Air-to-Air Radar Modes. I’ll separate notes by page number.
to cycle MFD formats. Use MFD OSBs or HOTAS switches instead of F1 to change AA radar modes. The 2D cockpit is unavailable, use 3D cockpit.
4-3) Review how to change FCR CRM and ACM modes and submodes by use of the Target Management Switch (TMS), MFD On Screen Buttons (OSB), and cursor bumping to set the radar in the 12 modes shown in the table.
4-4) Select ACM using the OSB-driven menu interface on the FCR MFD format.
4-5) Use TMS to do all ACM submode changes.
4-8) Change radar scale by cursor bumping or OSB presses. Change azimuth by cursor bumping or OSB presses or TMS up held.
4-9) Tilt the antenna using the antenna knob +/- keys or axis if available.
4-10) Use TMS to lock.
4-11) Use TMS or OSBs to select TWS.
4-12) Use OSBs to select VS.
4-13) Refer to the previous notes to complete the training flight. -
What about F4:AF manual? It appears to be an ‘extract’ of the original F4 manual, but with added stuff. Wouldn’t F4:AF manual be a better starting point, then the BMS specific manuals?
Just a sugguestion, I could be wrong… -

Just a sugguestion, I could be wrong…IMHO absolutely, yes.
Then, the AF to BMS Conversion manual in my sig.
Then the BMS manuals.
There ain’t no short cuts.

Mower’s AF to BMS Conversion Manual
If after all that, you are still wanting more… there are a few good docs you might like to read, here: http://falcon.blu3wolf.com/Docs/
Have fun!

Follow the manual and reading guidance from the previous posts.
Spend the time learning the airplane, panels, switches and what they do and how they interact with the aircraft and avionics.
You spend most of your time with the HOTAS, ICP, DED and MFD’s, so you must know them each inside and out. Each will vary with weapons, Master Modes and Sub Modes etc…
Switchology (spelled right?) can get very intense and you have to learn to walk before you can run. Personal suggestion, don’t try to drop a bomb until you understand everything, which actually can come pretty quickly with some guidance.
Start small and work your way up. If you don’t get the basics down first you will be very frustrated.
The VERY BEST THING you can do is join a VFW as there are lots of people there that will help you get started and they have great training programs.
I’d be happy to help you out and get you started or answer any questions as someone did for me over 2 years ago (thanks Frederf).
Just email me here or drop in at the 72nd VFW and get in touch with me.

Easy …. Arm, find, point, pick a weapon, shoot, support if needed for a short time, run away, drink beer.
Rinse & Repeat.
