ok i finally flew white out and found the US carrier flights go straight to debreif. because carrier objective is owned by Russia. I used Falcas’ MC to change Vinson to Enterprise, and all works fine now.

have been test flying White out , and it is a challenge! I like em that way. AWACS worked the whole time for my f18e sqdn off enterprise. I need to brush up on using harms, wild weasel techniques or something, the sams were wise to us and did not activate until we were right on them. they wiped out my wing-man and 4 escorts! I dodged sams, dropped stores, and gunned down the flaplid for the sa10s with my cannon. but the sa17s got me while I was going in circles with a bogey. maybe a su27? i didnt check. It cost the US 6 f18s to temporarily shut down the sa10s on that airbase. Then I tasked an AI package and we got our revenge on the sams and splashed some bandits on the runway as well!

I post this here as this issue arose in the TEs I have made for the Nordic Theater although it is valid for every theater. The issue was AWACS not available for all teams except the team that owned the AWACS squadron; no matter what changes were made using MC in advanced flight options, advanced package options and team relations this problem persisted.
When building a TE you can’t add a flight to a package owned by one team using a squadron owned by another team by means of the TE builder; this can be done with MC though.
The way I proceeded was to create all the flights for each individual team and then assigned them to packages of the team that owns the AWACS squadron, when you do this operation MC will ask if you want to delete the flight you are reassigning: say NO. After this procedure is done only one teams owns all the packages; you are still able to see the specific flights of each team in MC units/flights.
Launch the TE and select any team, in the frag order there will be only the flights that belong to that team; select any flight, AWACS will be available.Hope to make sense, it is easier done than said.

hi Jackal, Luke777, badger, and TE builders. after testing and fixing awacs probs in several TE now, i have decided to post a new TE_New file. any TE built with this file will not have com probs with awacs. this is a team setup issue on my end, and since i dont build TEs , i did not for see this issue. iwill post a vid on how i quick fix existing TEs and post new file Saturday. cheers Ned

As you all will see its not really a bug, (this awacs issue), just very different set up then usual. also i made a te_new file that is exactly like KTO, but had to scrap it because it porks all current Nordic TEs by changing teams around. Sooo … I just made all but Russia team2 and they all share radar and awacs.
I will wait for feed back if …
1.you guys like this one better
2. want the old problem one back, or
3. want it set just like KTO with only two teams to start(this will destroy all current TEs)your input will decide how v3 will be set up , as I have no preference , I will pass the decision to our busy TE makers.
New TE_NEW Link includes a new stationils file that was was in updated Nordic … this isn’t needed. i left it on accident.

I like the idea to have more teams but that is my personal preference, whichever solution you decide to implement is fine with me. Current TEs might be recoverable anyways.

Bear Roar - RED is advancing with 3 mech battalions in an attempt to capture a high value power plant and an army base. BLUE will try to counter with 2 battalions defending the power plant and 1 defending the army base.
RED will have CAPs, CAS and ESCORT.
BLUE will have INTERCEPT, SWEEP and CAS.
Bear Roar is playable as USA, Norway , Sweden, Russia, or Germanyyet another really nice release from Luke777. There is more where this came from too! a few more are on the way soon.

We must give a clear signal to our opponents that fighting against us won’t be a deal, and in that case they will be hit hard. Very hard. Too much times. Until they will bend on their knees.
We planned a high destructive and diversionary attack, but - this is the main aspect - made a very little and specialized, joint force, also to not claim too much attention to what it’s going to happen.
Our apparent target will be some accurately chosen primary objectives, well defended by SAMs.
Our real target will be a nuclear plant in their nearby.
Good luck to everyone of you - hoping that we won’t need it.Hit hard at a sudden and make them a big nasty surprise. But don’t be surprised, by anyone.

Head Cutters. i flew a f117 to drop bombs on a reactor. several friendly tornados got splashed by flankers right in front of me. but i made it to target and destroyed it. and on the way home i caught three missiles in the tail pipe. no time to eject! i fragged an intercept to go get revenge but was to late. next time i will be a fighter and see if i can end those flankers before they chop up the tornados. thanks for the challenging TE Gianni. Arctic Waters - BLUE will try to destroy cargo ship and the port they are sailing to, lots of air defenses to disable to allow the strike. RED will counter with INTERCEPT and SWEEP
BLUE will have CAP, DEAD, STRIKE, TASMO, EW, AWACS and TANKER.
RED will have INTERCEPT, SWEEP and AWACS.Flyable as US,Norway,Sweden,Finland, and Denmark. for Blue side, and of course red is Russia
Sweden has grippens and awacs, but they must be fragged by playerTHANKS LUKE!
