AI wingman takeoff problem
-
BMS 4.33
Tiger Spirit first day: After doing some fligths to about 17,00 18,00 houre = results in severe stuttering in takeoff position, and my wingman then keep turning around and around his takeoff position and sometimes doesent takeoff at all.
Cant find any solutions in this forum. Anyone have a fix for this? -
Which airbase are you departing from? I’ve seen this behaviour in theaters on bases where the hold short position was somehow bugged / not correct.
All the best, Uwe

Hi,
Thanks.
Mostly Kimpo and some block 40 at Haeju . . . If I remember correctly: when it first happens it will continue at all airbases . . . -
If you take off before your selected frag time, your wingman usually will not take off with you. Not sure that’s your issue, but something to double check.

Hi
I my case it seems like its the wingmans turning around his takeoff-position that causes the problem.
Thanks anyway. -
Are you seeing vehicles on the runway too that shouldn’t be there, like an entire mech btn rolling around the base?
Cheers, Uwe

It is generaly considered to be good practice to restart BMS between flights.

I used to have a very common problem of wingman not taking off when I would choose to start at take off. I changed to Taxi and it fixed the problem.

Ditto, and I use the same solution. No problem when choosing taxi.

The take off start is not adapted to any Flight take off . It can bust the ATC and the AI brain
