Korea Interactive navigation map released
-
Thanks Red dog, this is really cool, the only other interactive map I remember which was kind of vaguely similar to this was one that someone made for Fallout 3 it was a flash map, you could use it offline by opening it with any browser and it had the locations of every place on it, dont know if flash would be practical for what you have here, probably a bit dated now.

Hey Reddog the Departure chart for Yechon is displaying the Choongwon departure chart.
-
Imagine this was accessible from within BMS…
-
Thanks Sting, it’s corrected

I would strongly recommend Helios instead of Touch buddy for anyone who isn’t running the touchscreen(s) on a networked PC.

Also free.
Why? Give me a good reason to change?
I have been using Touchbuddy networked for some time with existing profiles and with some profiles created be myself. I even managed to have a pda connected network for the ICP buttons aside to my touch screen.
It works very well and for example it is even used directly by FF (You can use it on same pc on second monitor without alt+tab). That should be a good improvement if also supported by newer BMS version so we could used it in same pc on second monitor.
My 2 cents: - Easy to configure, Easy to create new profiles or adapt existing ones.

don’t let this turn into a hardware vs other hardware battle gents …

I could be good have this tool in a EXE to offline mode with a posibility of be updated with a button or something like that.

So can I stick this on my archos 101, 10" android pad?. Anyone done any checklists like this? I guess the future is interactive kneeboards?!
-
Geez gents
Can’t you just wait or ask before modifying one’s file ?
I’m doing just this at the moment, by not asking me you are waisting both our time.team work gents, not working behind the scene.
and I would like that map to remain on my side, not yours !! -
Red Dog has right….
-
No problem . Will remove.
I wasn’t intending hosting it, just for a quick demo -
thats amazing, thank you
-
Great Work
-
This is excellent, works brilliantly on my Archos, uses the native HTML viewer for the map, and the built in browser for the Airport diagrams, here’s some screenshots :
Now just need someone to make a checklist!

I have a question, first off great job RD this is a great tool for quick reference before flying. Why in campaign map Kosong Airbase shows up on the map on the DPRK side on the far east coast just north of the FLOT, but on your map and the TE map its not there. Any clue on why?
Thanks

Mate the idea is not to print it.
if you want a printable map you need to go the the download section of combatsimchecklists and get the printable map. -
Yegh i know, but the printable map is diffirent then the interactive map,i think the interactive map looks alot better,…but what can not be done, can not be done…
