Buzzz's new Mirage 2000
-
Your Mirage 2000 looks very good, amazing job Buzz !!!
A la chasse bordel!!
-
very very realistic Bazzz … and very hard work too for all this years of development!!!
-
Yes that looks ugly exactly as the rl…
Have you also updated Scalp & Exocet models?
Ping me if you need anything special for the HAF versions.
-
Great job!!Looking forward to new models for Super Etandard, MirageIII/V/F1 and Rafale!
-
“Thank you, Jesus!” Amazing work, Buzzz! :bowd::bowd: -
Has this been integrated or just a preview?
-
Just a preview. There is still much to do.
-
Great job!

OMG… asymmetrical main landing gear retraction… :bowd:
This model gets better and better by the minute!
-
good catch!
-
R u sure it is realistic? Cannot recall seeing any M2k’s asymmetrical MLG retraction… I do like it but last time i saw it was in some Spitfires and Hurricanes.
-
yes there is a light assymetrical retraction IRL. Might be a little bit overdone in BMS, but the parameters are not easy to manage.
-
Not sure about the Mirage, but on the hornet, one leg can basically be retracted while the other is still hanging down, looks weird, but it gets there….eventually. Spend many awesome hours watching hours depart.

I think it’s no heresy towards my FF buds to say I’m a total fan of Buzzz work (and BMS’ F-16s). After checking the odds of getting into 3D stuff myself (zero chances) I admire all dudes able to do that sort of high quality modelling even more.
Keep it up. That model looks great, I like the M2Ks.

buzz you might want to change a pouilleme of the front gear parameters in the AFM file (or play with GFX , up to you )

I know what you mean JP. The problem is that the runway model is a little offset. If I move the model up, the shadow is disconnected from the model and the model looks like it floats above the runway. So I preferred to have the whole model sink a little bit (the main gear is sunk too but due to the bigger wheels, you don’t notice it). If the runway displays correctly, there won’t be a problem. The wheel are exactly where they should be in the AFM file.

In a future release, would it be possible to developp Mirage 2000 entries in DB ?
- rename “Mirage 2000 EGM HAF” as “Mirage 2000 EGM5-MM”
- add “Mirage 2000 BGM5-MM”
- add “Mirage 2000-9” entry
- add “Mirage 2000 EGM & BGM” entry
- add RDM-3 radar
- add RDY-2 radar
- and some loadout fix accordingly to the 2000 versions
?

The -5 in HAF is better referenced as Mirage 2000-5 EGM Mk2 and BMG for the double seater.
Thanks
