CTD On Exit
-
This one happens quite a bit.
Rolling Fire. Everything ran smooth. Parked - shut everything down - waited for a little while -hit ESC and chose End - CTD to desktop. No crash logs. Unfortunately the auto save didn’t work and none of the flight was recorded.

Window mode?

You can do a manual “QuickSave” while in 3D : ALT c + a

Really? How so?
Window mode way more stable than fullscreen. Just add -window to the command line in the launcher icon properties

Why is BMS more stable in window mode?
-
Cause some PC are unstable in full screen?
This mostly happens when integrated vga exists or shared memory, like laptops.Στάλθηκε από το MI 5 μου χρησιμοποιώντας Tapatalk

Tried it and still a ctd. Thanks for the suggestion though - I appreciate it.

What seems to work is alt-c +a. Do this before exiting 3d and it shuts down properly. fwiw.
