@Red:
3. the change skin button is not intuitive but there are other ways to set skins correctly by using the camo.txt file. See Mission commander
He already said it.

Basically, this is a bug, that you bypass with the MC that you have to install as an add-on to Falcon?

No, Mission Commander is not an Add-on, it’s a tool that permit to edit mission files, camo file, etc etc etc

So, I can not choose all the skins without the MC? And do I need to install it in the Falcon BMS 4.34 folder?

Vrbenski, are you talking about the skins on AI Aircraft not loading, or the skins on the aircraft you are flying not loading?

Again, when I create a flight in TE Builder, chose one of other skins in Munitions and save it, only the first default skin appears in the mission instead of the chosen one, on the aircraft I want to fly and its AI wingman.

The skins should be saving for the aircraft you are flying and AI wingman you are flying with, unless you are joining a flight that has already departed and is airborne.
For the skin to save to your plane you need to be joining the flight no later than on the runway.
Also go to the loadout tab on the mission schedule screen and select your skin from there as opposed to doing it from within the TE Builder.
This should fix your problem,Hope that helps,

That’s my point, TopAirspace - When I click the Loadout tab I do not have the option to change the skin, and only the default sin appears.

Post #4 explains why:
that means the aircraft you are trying to change the skin only has one skinset.
Therefore you cannot change the skin for that aircraftNot all aircraft have multiple skins, some have only one

The aircraft I am trying to change have SEVERAL skins. At least the several skins appear in the TE Builder, but not in the Loadout pre flight menu. Read the post #5, please.
