Roll Trim Question

When in autopilot, either ALT or ATT, shouldn’t you be able to trim left or right wing down? As it is now when AP is engaged it locks out nose & wing trim. I can see locking out nose trim but not wing. With AP on I can still bank left or right with the stick as needed.

What Mav meat to say was… Its proper modelled.
What i can say from my experience in a real sim is that and i’m paraphrasing “It´s a safety and help mechanism”
For example:
AP engaged during a single JDAM drop. AP will compensate but just til a point. Pilot can have a reaction and compensate the wing and trim.My 2 cents…

…just a guess…but reading the Dash 1 it sounds like you need to be in Attitude Hold and use Stick Steering vice Trim. Or paddle the Auto Pilot off, Trim, and then re-engage.
