Hello,
Wingtip pylons are separate entites from Mirage F1 wings, so, it must have its own parent.
Also, could you check aircraft keels ? They look to have a geometry mistake, no ?

Probably u mean the vertical fins on the back under fuselage. Yeap they are a bit smaller now that i see them with the blue print. And also slightly off on the shape. Easy to fix. I will see also my 1/48 1 to see anything else ( not that i trust Italeri but ok) [emoji28][emoji16]

So i removed the wingtip pylons. Made a new A/B (not much different from what i usually use but ok ). For now using in game Lau-127 (?) it doesnt seem too bad but its way newer . Later today i will add Isignia and stencils and upload some pictures . Also find out from the files Daisan gave me that actually F-1 had a formation light behind the canopy (i dont know if it works like the F-18,Harrier,F-4 etc) will need som mor info on that. And last is thhere a way for the “phare de police” to be working in game?? Cheers!

Why did you remove the wingtip rails?
They are not fix structures. If you take a look at most air show F1 pictures and basic training missions they are not mounted. Without them there is a slight better performance

Ok, every opinion counts… theres is a slight issue on the lower parts where the airbrakes are due to try keep the model low on tris but i might have some more to spare there. I have decided to make the “holes” on them and the spoilers normal holes and not in alpha channel so that eat a lot of tris but i can see what i can do.

Well normally its an add-on even on real airplanes. And people as Radium said it is. And believe me it seems more “sexy” without them. I can make new model for them easy (in fact i do have from the days of my high-poly phantom an Aero-3 -or LAU-7A?- witch is preety simmilar) the thing is i have to see how to add it to DB Itried yesterday with no luck… i miss the old good days of LE and F4browse lol

Each day i find this 3DDB tools much more user friendly than LODEditor
Regarding creating new racks or pylons. You will need to create an individual LOD , then create an entry in de DB in the editor (you can copy an existing Rack and then tweak to this specific one), and then add in the bmsrack.dat file the specific rack in the mirage stations. Don’t forget to add call slot in the model and update the PARENT.dat .

Did you create the rack data in the BMS rack?

That is true for French F1s. I’ve spend a lot of time outside Reims and most, if not all, F1s (CT and CR) do not have wingtip rails mounted on my photos, like this CT:
Spanish F1s are a different matter. Now I didn’t see them as often as the French F1s but those that I did see were usually equipped with wingtip rails:
(This F1 actually crashed a few minutes after taking this photo).
I do have photos of HAF F1s but they are all on slide film (pre 2000 era photos) and I don’t have access to them at the moment.

So first Skin is ready, changes to the model made and added some smoall details (extra lights,antennas etc) Therefore i might have to remake the PSD file cause i made a mistake and a lot of stuff merged to base color Will see what i can do. For now enjoy the current skin :

Cheking lod_0 for any abnormalities and things i might forgot and last details and proceeding to CR. As i said the only “hickup” is the mistake i did with the PSD thous i might rework it then make lower lods, already did some but they need reattaching dofs and switches to some parts. Animation of the gear i believe is a 95% as the real one as you will see in the video attached.
I had send you a message regarding some other stuff you told me. Whenever you have time please answer me. I have those almost ready as well.
OH! and please a list with the dds numbers for each model please! Thanks a lot for the support.
