Mirage 2000-9 : skin and TGP issues

It’s because I’m thinking about the French Jaguar variant , that had an Omera camera that served to take shots during reco mission .
English isn’t my native language, so it can be difficult sometimes to explain myself accurately .
so please look :
Les avions français étaient équipés d’un radar Doppler de navigation, d’un système de contrôle de tir, d’un système d’alerte radar, et d’une caméra panoramique OMERA 40 sous le nez, complétée plus tard par un télémètre laser.

It’s this Omera 40 that I try to reproduce ; as I don’t know how to mount an low alt camera in the plane(what I think could be the best I could hope for to fit my purpose), I’m just trying whatever I can . I’m only learning to manipulate what I can, while trying to “improve”(not the good word, but it’s the only one I know for what I want to express, and because it’s only a point of view) some of my favorite planes.
Althought as you said , there wasn’t any display from the pit ; I know it well , but I would be glad if I could fly with a Jaguar A really able to take pictures, as irl . The pilot did it with the trigger gun button with in a certain position , as in WW2 .
-EDIT : SOLVED : now, I know how to do ; just adding a new HP in the LOD of my Jag , then mount a low-alt cam in it . My Jag is now complete ! -

Nav pod won’t allow you to log a successful recce mission in BMS. What you need is a “fake” recce pod.

Can you explain me more about it ?

Good evening,
Dee-Jay means that imagery tactical reconnaissance is not possible yet on BMS. You can always deploy a fake RP36P if you want on your Jaguar exterior model but you will have to make the model by yourself.
However, as Dee-Jay said, it will be a dummy payload : no imagery will be possible to be debriefed. It would be purely and simply aesthetic.
Please do not dream, there is no chance that a realistic Jaguar, Mirage F1, Rafale will ever be implemented in BMS : Mirage 2000 is the closest French bird that we can find compared to F-16 series, and if we have some more dev to make on a french bird, it won’t be for something else than Mirage 2000.
Regards,
Radium

Hi Radium,

I don’t want it to be implemented in BMS ! It’s only for my personnal fun !
-
There is a way to implement the iff on the mirage 2000-9 via mirage2k9.dat too? Because iff interrogation doesn’t work too…
-
Yep .
just copy the relevant lines in a M2K-5(for example) and paste it to your M2K-9 .dat; It takes about 15 s. But I don’t know if the 2000-9 has an interrogator IRL (although I would be surprised by the negative …)

Better honest than sorry… I see.
With best regards.
