my weather.ini is :
TimeZone 3
Latitude 58
Longitude 17
(near stockholm).I have change the value with our proposition and any change on the position of the aircraft.
If i change the value of the Data-Falcon4Theaters (Tacview file), it change the position of the aircraft. but its seems I need to apply an offset.I will iterate the information to check when I reach the real in flight position… really wired…
Or if someone have an explanation :x.
EDIT : after a quick check with shared memory and Tacview : here is some more value :

BMS value :
Lat = 28.358°
Long = 49.1408°
Tacview value :
Lat = 35.9809°
Long = 59.9733°Abs delta :
Lat = 7.6223°
Long = 10.8325°EDIT 2 :
By applying the Abs delta, I am near to the real position of the airbase. I need to modify again some value but it is in the area :-). -

I am still locking to integrate this Kuwait theater in Tacview but I have some trouble to understand where is the (my) mistake.
In the picture, here is the problem. If I inject the map in TacView, I use the set of coordinate provided by Mission Commander or here by SpbGoro (thanks again for that :D).
Injecting the picture can be realized in one file. and its seems good :-).If I inject some information (here i took the coordinate of Ar Ryadh airbase, from recon in BMS), and I create a Static Object a first delta appears because I am not on the drawed runway and totally on the right side of it.
Injecting Static Object seems to be directly on Earth and not from another coordinate reference.<type>Airport</type> <name>Ar Ryadh</name> <shortname>AR</shortname> <position><latitude>24°38'54.96"N</latitude> <longitude>47°9'31,2"E</longitude> <altitude>581.5584</altitude></position>
Now, I want to show my flight, on Kuwait map, I need to calibrate the acmi file to the Kuwait area. To do that I need to give to Tacview coordiante of the Theater. If I put the real one, I am out of the map… Wierd. After a recalculation, I am in the map but at another coordinate than 2 before…
I do not know if it’s the 2D Map is in trouble, or coordiantes problem.
I do not test other theater if the problem is the same (on Korea, I see no gps coordinates delta).Thanks a lot for help

Ar Ryadh is not present in Navaids for kuwait.pdf
In the same pdf, if I take Abu Ali : N27°19.382’ E49°37.978’
it is not the same in BMS => N27°18.337’ E50°06.656’
(Google Earth Pro for another check : N27°18’57.58" E49°35’17.48")

I just checked, links that, Link to Google that Yandex disk - give you download without problems. I don’t know what country you are from. But, perhaps there are some local restrictions. Sorry.

its time has come, and my second custom TE is ready.
After “Operation Telic II”, “Operation Backshield” is out.
Just after SpbGoro’s approval, as it’s due, it will be released too.
Enjoy in this while some shots taken from it, if you’re pleased with.

Downloaded and installed on 4-17 and am really enjoying this. I have one issue that may be a graphic glitch. On the priorities PAKS page the map is all magenta colored. Is this fixable?

has nothing to do with your install, its a transparancy issue in pak-map image. MC can create a correct pak.tga
needs some other dev fixes too, seems like some art files are mixed up -

I had a look at pictures of Mirage F1CK of Koweïti AirForce from this theater.
Skin is gorgeous and I believe it is a very good addition.
IMO there is still room from improvements
Nothing need to be created, just imported from existing theater: last update of ITO where the Mirage F1EJ has been introduced (DB, Parent & textures)

R LM 39 (Pylon)
R ALKAN 0910 (Pylon)
BARAX (pod), this one is optional
The Mirage F1EJ should be renamed F1CK and its weapon list modified- MATRA Phimat and BARAX to be added @ external wing point
- R550 Magic and Magic II to be removed @ external wing point (optional, but fox-2 here were only used by Spanish and Greek F1)
- RPL-35 to be added @ internal wing point and Center Line
Then bmsrack need to be updated (import Mirage F1 racks and groups from ITO bmsrack and change CT number of the pylons (R LM 39 & R ALKAN 0910)

I added detail to the Iran map. Some army bases, refineries, factories, ports, etc. Adjusted the overlap of tiles on the ground in some places (Due to the many transitions, sand-swamps-farms-mountains is a difficult terrain to edit - It takes a lot of time. )
Then I tried to campaign Iran against Iraq. While early beta. The combat activity of the AI turned out to be very lively. That look cheerful and interesting.Added a new tile SamSite for the HAWK air defense system.
The sample was taken from Kharg Island.
