Creating a TE with Refuel station…no comm freq or band setting in mission briefing.
-
Ok I have changed the times as follows.
Stp 1 take off at 1:20:42:45
Stp 2 1:20:58:36 - distance to Stp 2 - 3 is 67.8, the speed goes from 300 at stp 2 to 350 at stp 3. if I adjust time or speed the route line goes red.
Stp 3 1:21:10:16 with a patrol duration of 5 hrs. Distance between 3 and 4 is 29.4 at a speed of 345 if I adjust time or speed the route line goes red.
Stp 4 2:2:26:26 with a patrol duration of 5 hrs.So when the tanker gets to sto 3, will it fly between stp 3 and 4 for 5 hours?
Still no call sign and UHF feq and Channel for the tanker on briefing page.
And also, when I check in to AWACs, there is no acknowledgement, when I request nearest tanker. it has replied, Should AWAC acknowledge check in?

Try and look into this mission that hoover made - it works with multiple tankers: https://www.benchmarksims.org/forum/showthread.php?41982-KTO-4-35-1-AAR-night-training

Check-In has never been working since I used BMS, which is 4.33.
If you want help with your TE, post the files rather than copying lines, you’ll gain time, and we’ll be able to analyze.
When you frag a tanker for a time, the flight plan should be completely functional. I don’t know what else is happening to you, or what you do, that brings problems.

Here is the files. I wasn’t sure which ones you need so I put them all in a zip file.

Thanks Lorik.
I have the tanker running the course based on instruction from your video…great…Just one quick question.
When I click on my plane, and go to the Briefing page, I still don’t see the tanker UHF feq and channel. I only see the AWAC.
If I go to the Tanker, and click on the briefing page, I see the tanker and AWAC UHF feq and channel.Shouldn’t I see both the AWAC and Tanker UHF or UHV feq and channel when I go to the briefing page from my flight?

I’m not sure this works very well. The briefing page was reworked for next version anyway. Source: Boxer.
Your AWACS frequency is your UHF 6, no else.

In the list of steerpoints in the briefing, does it say Refuel at one of them? I just checked the mission by hoover that I linked to above, and there the briefing shows tanker UHF. You should really compare to his mission, sounds very similar to what you are trying to do.

Back to initial remark, then.

Not sure if I understand all this correctly, but your file looks ok to me and I can see the Tanker UHF just fine.
Is it possible that you are still in “Editor Mode” while looking at your Briefing; there I didn´t saw the Tanker Freq. -
what dos it mean when tanker says “not available”?
And is it possible to do refueling in campaign even though it wasn’t on your way point? I did this before whenever I am low on gas but caused some glitches -

I mean,I click on the mission and click on “commit”., click on my package (4958), click on the F-16 icon, and go to briefing…don’t see what you see in your screenshot…Dragnet is there, but not Texaco…
Perhaps Lorki is right,it is OK, but just a system glitch…Hopefully will have time fly this TE today to find out…
