Panel and rivet work in progress

Panels and rivet lines should be complete, I will start adding DOFs next and leave the decals for last, still have to figure out how to do it to implement license plates. Once the DOF and switches are done i will test the model in game and fine tune the FM model data. NTO has the model included in the DB so no extensive DB work. Can’t give you a precise estimate for a complete model, real work schedule has priority.

I suggest your structure lines to be less strong and you could also I use pseudo bump map technics by creating a negative structure line (white) and shifting it one pixel up/right or as you want.
You can then configure this structure line layer as overlay and you will have some transparency and it will look realistic !

@Radium If I fade the panels lines I lose the rivets. I will have to redo the rivets on a separate layer then I can make the panels lines less pronounced. I should have been more careful. Anyway I will get it somehow right.

Not necessarily. I always use the same treatment for lines and rivets. If you use pseudo bump map it works fine !

Redid the rivets and pannels, pannels are more subtle and rivets more visible. I tried the technique suggested by Radium and could not get a nice result, I need to work on it.
