Is BMS supposed to look like this?
-
@suhkoi69 Thanks, I think I see it a bit more now… the gray patch has a bit more detail on the “with” shot, but then again, that’s a texture in the distance. Do you see any difference in the nearer textures or inside the pit itself?

@Atlas personnally it is better …and the best thing I can advise , is to test it
nothing insurmountable , just few clicks are necessary to activate it

@Mav-jp said in Is BMS supposed to look like this?:
shitty terrain
shitty atmosphere
old cockpitMy first sim was F-15 SE II. For me that was also awesome! I give full respect to BMS graphics, especially if I consider it’s a hobby project for the developers. I don’t see any problem here!
Maybe, one thing. Shouldn’t the TV mode of the TGP being dark at night?

@Atlas I also applied all the changes mentioned above, everything looks much sharper, even inside the pit It is now easier for me to read the description on the controls and buttons. The landscape and buildings look much sharper too.
I hope it will make AAR at night easier for me but I did not test it yet
Also I have to mention that I am using BMS in windowed mode. I think I read somewhere that it makes a difference for adjusting the settings. Some will work only in windowed mode and some will not have any effect at all.
This settings deffinitively improved my graphics!

Isn’t it special that people drop a thread like this and are never heard from again??

@Quasi_Stellar maybe it’s more for “general discussion” than “tech support” but a constructive conversation was had, and several people got value out of it.
I do kinda wonder if he did have some tech problem with clouds not rendering, but ¯_(ツ)_/¯

@airtex2019 My impression is that he thought it should look more like DCS or WarThunder.
