Solved XMIT Callback
-
I can’t find the callback for the ecm 3 position switch (1 2 3). Anybody know which ones are the callbacks?
-
@airtex2019 nice finding. Thanks.
-
SimXMitInc 116 0 0XFFFFFFFF 0 0 0 1 "ECM: XMT Knob - Increase" SimXMitDec 116 0 0XFFFFFFFF 0 0 0 1 "ECM: XMT Knob - Decrease"
There don’t appear to be bespoke commands for the 3 individual positions.

Let’s hope they are added for U1

@Zeus @lcriscola @Badger so, this is kinda funny, but on pure speculation I tried
CommandsSetKeyCombo -1 0 0x24 4 0 0 1 "[alt+J] Key-sequence Prefix - ECM (Jammer) settings" SimXMit1 116 0 0x2 0 0x24 4 1 "[alt+J][1] ECM: XMT - Program 1" SimXMit2 116 0 0x3 0 0x24 4 1 "[alt+J][2] ECM: XMT - Program 2" SimXMit3 116 0 0x4 0 0x24 4 1 "[alt+J][3] ECM: XMT - Program 3"
and it worked.
I don’t know if this is a simple doc-bug / oversight, missing from the stock key files and docs… or if there’s something bad or buggy about these callbacks and they shouldn’t be used. But they’re there. :]

Dang, very smart, going to go try and have to dig out the soldering iron again after just changing it round yesterday.
CheersWorks perfectly. 3 way switch reconnected. Lighting next.

@Badger Remember, swimming is at own risk! Maybe these will CTD if the ECM is not powered on or something, idk.
I only tested it for a couple minutes, starting in the air on HARM training TE.
But certainly they seem simple and straightforward … similar enough to many other cockpit-switch callbacks, that I was able to guess their existence, lol. But hey it’s BMS, nothing is ever simple and straightforward…

It’s funny cuz I recommended those exact callbacks to the devs. I should have tried them myself. LOL I assigned them to physical switch via DX assignment. We’ll see how it goes.

Will be added to docu in U1.
Sorry for not catching those.
