The textures look great, but I have horrible performance issues with TrackIR when I move my head around the cockpit, everything freezes, especially if I look left and right. No smoothness at all. I have a 3070Ti GPU, so that should not be an issue. Is there any setting that I need to change?
Hhmm… from the few ones I experienced in years of using TIR and nVdia cards, it could be more likely related to a TIR issue, more than your card settings - and a 3070 is very good in rendering, by the way.
Told this at risk to seem until too obvious, but the same… you have already tried to see if this might happen with the stock set of textures, haven’t you?In alternative (and if already tested as above): what your specific custom nVidia settings are? Could you post here a shot taken from nVidia Control Panel, maybe?

Just a little notation, and not for criticizing-at-all-costs’ sake:
does it only happens to me that when at 90% of throttle (and since it until AB) its indicator is firmly pointing at 12 o’clock, then far off scale?With best regards.

Me don’t. All is working fine and with precision with the stock ones though, as it always should instead. Having noticed just that, here I told you what’s happening.

@BreakerHUN Would you happen to have the .PSD files for this? I’d like to make a different project - for improving visibility for VR players - but I can’t seem to find a .PSD anywhere for the internal cockpit ;-;

@BreakerHUN Thank You for this piece, tried it with BMS 4.37, looks great, but the new improved ECM Panel is displaying purple boxes over the panel instead of the letters “T” or “S”. Is there a fix around?

That just was my own same experience since I installed it for the first time in 4.36.
And that previous issue I reported in my previous post is still here unanswered, or not noted perhaps…
so could we expect some fix, possibily soon?With best regards.

@danster all is good will release it soon but we can help each other to get the best result for bms players that will be good for the sim really if any one can modifying or edit my files that will be great and i have no problem with that

@sheref Hey there. Basically I am not againts cooperation, however I am currently getting my own PSDs together to restart the work where I left
As for the future, my main problem is that the 3D models and their associated .dds files are a mess. They use common .dds files for differend 3D models which can easily lead to do unwanted work on block 40 while updating the .50 files.
Until this is not sorted out, meaning the 3D models have their very own dds files and not shared ones, I will not work on skins. Also the UV maps on the f16 models are quite “unhandled” in some places. The 3D models would need an update as well. The engine does not support PBR textures for the aircraft models neither, therefore doing nice reflection/emitter effects are very limited.
Together with these limitations I don’t think that much can be done. Just like in your cockpit skins, I have to burn in static effects, which are really not up to todays standards. I would be very happy If these would have been addressed already. -
4.38 should bring PBR, no?

@CloudWallace1981 I am not aware. Maybe Maxwaldorf can confirm. But if so, then I’m sure they will come up with a modern high quality multilayer shader by default.
