INSTALLATION-1a) Uninstall from 4.37 the 4.36 OFMKTO Theater (if you had copied it over to 4.37)
-1b) Uninstall OFMKTO 1.6
-2) Run the OFMKTO 1.7 Installer ( you do not need to unzip it)-3) ENJOY!

OFM 1.7 CHANGELOG 1) Fix for sporatic ctd issue.
2) Hornet, Fifth Generation, and Tornado cockpits-The 5 ECM Mode switches are now left click for on/ right for off
3) F-35B Flight Model refinement
4) F-35 B and C fuel capacities corrected to RL values
5) Refinement of the AIM-120D. PLEASE NOTE: The 120D Project is ongoing, but we do not want to delay release any further. So, 1.7 will be released with what we call the 30 second burntime model. We feel it is the best compromise at present.However, if you look at x/BMS 4.37/data/Add On OFM/sim/misdata you will see all the current candidate models are included. You simply have to rename what you want to test (after backing up the original). We want to open the process to the BMS membership.

Su-27SM/SM3 Flanker-J. Single seat, canards, IRST in right side, AAR probe, yes AA-12NOTE ON 4.37 JAMMER MODELING. We wanted to give the option of either using the USAF or IDIAS jammer system, so the Hornet and 5G cockpit hotspots are in place.
In the Hornet 'pit on low/center MFD-OSB1=ECM-STBY
-OSB2=ECM-OPER
-OSB3-5= ECM XMIT1-3
-OSB 11-15- ECM MODE 5-1(left click on, right off)
In the Fifth Gen. ‘pit, again on the low/center MFD
OSB 1-5=ECM MODE 1-5(left click on, right off)
OSB 16-18-ECM XMIT 1-3
OSB 19= ECM STBY
OSB 20= ECM OPER.
The Tornado also has ECM Power,EMM XMIT MODE,and the 5 XMIT button hotspots.See BMSOFM Fighters’ Manual page 5.We’ve been working on the pits with a couple of goals. First, simply get it to work even for people with austere HOTAS’s. Second, to give people the option of the USAF or IDIAS without a lot of hassle.
The pits , that will be in OFM 1.6 Theaters,have hotspots for all the buttons needed for both systems. Plus, If your HOTAS has a 4-way switch, you have another option…
The procedure is 1) Go to x/4.37/Data/your theater/Sim/acdata/ your jets folder. In the avionics section look for avionicsRWRType
avionicsRWRType 1 ( this is for the Viper model)
avionicsRWRType 3 will give you IDIAS
avionicsRWRType 5 will give you the USAF model with the RWR-on-HUD display
2a) USAF-map CMS up,down, left,and right as usual . Then, map SimXMit1 ,SimXMit2 ,and SimXMit3 as shifted commands under the CMS’s. This gives you full HOTAS capability once you have powered the jammer and pressed the SimEcmMode1-5( which are in all 3 cockpits)
2b) IDIAS-It’s the same procedure as above except you map ECM XMIT TOGGLE instead of CMS Down. You don’t need the 3 XMIT commands.
There are other ways to do this, but this method has been tested in 3D -

Some updates on the Eurofighter Typhoon, not listed above:
Flight Model
- Idle thrust values tweaked to prevent rolling at idle
- Drag chute effectiveness increased
- Landing gear drag increased
Cockpit:
- Floating display issue fixed
- 6DOF enabled
- Cockpit legs enabled
- Texture enhancements
- Some functional changes and fixes to ensure sucessful ramp start
- RWR and ECM BIT added
- ECM callbacks updated in line with 4.37.2 changes

i just played Rolling fire campaign tookoff from carrier with f35c on an Escort mission.
intercepted two north korean mig 21s and shot them down by Aim120d when i was intercepting the third target and got declared by awacs bms crashed…
it crashes again i don’t know why… -

it crashes again i don’t know why…Hi, Faraparsa. Darn. We literally did 12 missions in testing trying to get it to crash without incident. Post you crashlog here or over on our Discord and we’ll check it out.

i managed to find some clues about the crashing issue in ofmkto 1.6 and 1.7
i think it’s a rendering bug or loading bug…
i entered the Rolling fire campaign as usual and press 8 button multiple times on my keyboard to watch from friendly aircrafts camera and when it reached E-8C joint stars camera, buum! bms crashed and i have to mention shadows of the e-8 aircraft were so wierd at the crashing moment (there is a screenshot on my crashlogs you can see) so i got curious and went to te builder to play as e-8c joint stars aircraft and when i got to the cockpit the buttons were just not fit and wierd looking.
and this cockpit visualization issue is with e3-sentry too.
please check e-8 and e3 cockpit visualization (i know they are using f16 cackpits just take a look at them)
this e3 and e-8 visualization issue wasn’t in nordic OFM 1.5 i checked.
maybe this is causing the crash. -

maybe this is causing the crash.Hi, F. That is a useful tip, thanks. I’m glad you sorted your ctd. Meanwhile, we continue to “look in all the nooks and crannies” , and I’m happy to report it’s been stable
UPDATE: Two of us test tested a TE we made that had both the E-3 and E-8 in them. Neither of us had a ctd, even when flipping back and forth with the 8 key. If you can reproduce it again, could you send us the Auto Save file?

WOW, really liking flying the F-35A. Bastard did stall on me when doing a high-G pull-up maneuver but was able to recover using manual override. One question that I think I know the answer to is the manual/cockpit for the F-22 in the DOCS folder also flows over into the F-35? I couldn’t find documentation for just the F-35 cockpit
