Solved Missing XINPUT1_4.dll

Okay, adding “g_bUseXInput 0” to the cfg file didn’t help, but making a copy of xinput1_3.dll and renaming it to xinput1_4.dll did the trick.
Thank you. -

Hello gents I have been on 3.36 install and I thought I would try 3.37 now but I get this message…
Running Windows 7 64bit I don’t plan on upgrading my system as yet.
An clue why I’m getting the XINPUT1_4.dll
I usually don’t fiddle around with the install only clean setup here.

OS is Windows 7 64bit. I’ll try adding the line to the config file and report results. Thanks for the help!
Windows 7 is no longer supported by BMS. Check hardware specifications. Minimum Windows 10.

@Reaperdog1
Unlikely, as Win7 is considered unsupported OS by now. I’m afraid there’s not much can be done about it. -
@Xeno 3.36 it is for now

Well with tricks provided above, 4.37 should run fine . Just be aware that it may affect other software. If you know what has been done and what are possible side effects, you can easily revert those changes. -
@Xeno managed to get rid of that message error now I got another one
Any suggestions?
