Yes, I believe that is the case. I’m only just picking things up again from having been away for several months. As far as I can tell a final version is due soon. The version on their website is dated from around July this year.

After changing the farm tiles I like it very well now. I cant wait to fly over bella Italia.

You need to go into your X:\Falcon BMS 4.32\Data\Add-On Balkans\Terrdata\terrain folder and delete the existing files named Terrain, the .HDR, .BIL, .NRM, .SBI, and .TID after you install these files.
They’ll re-generate when you launch BMS(Balkans).

i`v tried nearly 10X now to download this new balkan_texture from given link"EVF Clan"
All try are failed; file loaded few MB, sometime more than100MB+ then STOP. Every try ended same.Any alternative or advise for me?
