F-22 for Falcon BMS Creator: Fabrizio Fraccaroli. Myself.

Thanks again to bring this up, I will work on all that as well.
The afterburner effect is very ugly, I know… but it was the first attempt to make one, and I never changed due to the fact It is difficult for me to create that effect, as well as the vapour effect, I could not find a way to make it better, but I am always trying to make it better.
Just be a little bit more patience…
I am glad you are pointing me up to the errors and mistakes.
Thanks.

I think that HUD is too small.
-
I am sorry, but I am not changing the HUD size if you mean 3d model.
Looks good for me
I have to change the “pilot eye position” , so this way, it will be better…
Trust me -
Metalhead - I’m not comming across well then. The afterburner is fine - when I look at the F-15 it lights up white just like the F-22 you’ve created. That isn’t what I’m driving at. What I’m relating to is the disappearing act it does while panning around. I don’t think that’s something that’s on you. If I knew what is related to getting that to happen - maybe I could play with it to find out what doesn’t work, take some of the load off your sholders. Again, I’m not complaining and I can easily live with the current release. I roughly know how to alter picture files, though it takes me a while to make progress. Anyway, no rush and again many thanks!

Hello all, I’m fairly new to BMS, I’ve been flying it for some months now, it’s a pretty beautiful Sim! I came across your F-22 pit Metalhead, just I am oblivious as to how to properly install it I downloaded your file, extracted to the Data\ckptart\F22 destination folder, but I still get the same crappy non functional cockpit as before, any help with this?

The new F22, and all the cockpit files must be installed using a software called “Lod-Editor”. It is not really easy to work with, but it is not so difficult either. There are manuals regarding how to install models using Lod-Editor. In case you can’t install it by yourself, go to 801st Teamspeak server and I will be there ready to help you install the models.
If you do not have the Ip address for it: 67.228.209.2:9103
I am ON usually all nights starting 7:00PM Brazilian time.

Am I the only dumb who didn’t manage to make this model work? I tried three times using both the written and the video tutorials (I found everything in the link in Metalhead’s post). Can anyone help me? Is there anything I should know? (And yes, I’ve got LOD editor)
P.s sorry if anything is wrong but I’m not english

Thanks Metalhead, I’ll look into it!

@pyroperson87:
I tried to search through the thread to see if anyone had already posted this and I couldn’t find anything. I have two issues both relating to textures.
-
I only have two of the 4 texture sets available in the sim. I think I have an idea of how to fix it but I was hoping someone else here knew how so I could spare myself the trial and error method.
-
The external lights textures, specifically the nav lights, seem to be utilizing textures other than 164 and 165. See picture:
Thanks for the awesome work Metalhead. I can’t wait for some Viper vs Raptor DACT!
The problem above,is that in the past, I have changed some of the texture mapping, and I didn’t change the “texture”. But it is fixed now.
I am still fixing some minor bugs and errors. Wait until a new version comes

Thanks, finally there is a tutotial i 've failed to use the editor till now:rofl:.
i’m seeing them. -
Please, give me a feedback if you could understand the videos, and if you could correctly add your models whatever they are.
Regards Metalhead -
Thanks for all your efforts.

All right man, I did it and it works! It’s goddamn AMAZING! There’s just a problem: there’s a door, on the bottom of the plane which is always opened even if I’m in nav mode. And It sounds like breaking if I turn at High speeds, like when you over-G the f16. But I don’t know how to close it!! Help please
Anyway, awesome model man, I now have three full-implemented models (f16,f22,a-10)

Please my friend, read the last pages, from the number one page… There are many answers for bugs, some there is no “fix” it does not depend on me, only…
