Can you be a little more specific?
Are you set the proper frequency for the specific airport at COM1 for UHF or at COM2 for VHF?
In which exactly airport are you trying to land and have no contact?

All communications are appearing only in text, but not the voice out.
our communications with land, AWACS, alas all OK, but only in text … -
Hi Mello.pr, check on your left console for the Aux. Comms and make sure that the backup switch is set to UFC, that will let you use both Uniform channel and Victor channels. If you still need help let us know, you can always go on Youtube for Ramp start tutorials to go over what you missed.

Are you using stereo output but your audio device is configured for surround sound?
I always have to configure depending on if I use my 5.1 surround headset or just monitors stereo boxes. -

Hi mate.
Well if the tower (ATC) has and/or a VHF frequency, then you can contact it also in the VHF (COM2) ;).

FalconIDFor instance:
Kunsan Tower is UHF 292.300 and VHF 126.50.
Comm1 is UHF; Comm2 is VHF.
If you set Comm1 to 292.300 you can contact Kunsan Tower on UHF. If you set Comm2 to 126.50, you can contact Kunsan Tower on VHF.
If neither is set to Kunsan Tower, you might contact someone, but it won’t be Kunsan.
Is that what you’re asking?

Yes… Thank you sir, so if I may conclude comm2 as a backup for comm1, and vice versa?
Thanks

Not really. Usually VHF (Com2) is for talking with your own flight and UHF (Com1) is for talking to the rest of the world (other flights, AWACS, Tanker, Tower, etc.).
