AG Radar

I’m trying to change my radar range in the AG role via keyboard w/no luck, gm, gmt, sea. I’ve been away from it for a while so I dont recall if it worked before. It works fine in the AA mode…for reference I’m using [F3] to decrease and [F4] to increase range. Is it a different callback from the AA setting? Everything else works like I remember…any ideas?

Should work, I think. And I also think it is the same callback, therefore the same keypress. …. SimRadarRangeStepUp/Down ???

It is the same keys but i think it depends on the Radar mode and configuration if i’m writing it correct meaning sp mode etc. but i might mistaking.

I figured it out. It’s a callback issue on my end - I set my keyfile to use the HOTAS range knob for [F3] & [F4] and it works fine for AA, but in the AG role it doesn’t work. I found another command called RADAR range decrease and increase and it works for both AA & AG, I mapped it instead. Im not using the stock keyfile from BMS but a mix of several from the Kolbe section in the BMS directory. I dont see why it would make a difference but it did.

Not sure why you would use a key/control for that purpose unless Im missing something. With a HOTAS surely the conventional way (apart from mouse clicking OSBs) is to bump up/down with cursor isn’t it?

@CobaltUK-I don’t have a hotas throttle, just a stick so that function is mapped to my keyboard. Throttle is planned in the future
