The parent of the A-6E is 1502. Only problem after running the 3DDB there is not such lod in the parent. Only the LOD level 3 was exported not all of them. I have no idea why. I just barely understand what should I do for run…
I checked in the parent 3150 is exported a pit and I found the same LOD with LE6.23 in the DB.I have to say everything is way to complicated to me now in DB…

Just because you are not accustomed to it. It is WAY more handy and easier then working with LOD Editor for massive integrations/exaction and work on parent.dat files.
(It will be even easier in the future. Even 3DDBbuild should becomes obsolete)I have no idea why.
Simply because your 3DDB is corrupted from the beginning.

The same way you are running the Extract … make a 3DDB Test … and in the generated Checker files, look if you have some ******* somewhere (those are marking critical errors)
_TEST THE 3DDB
Copy both EXE and DLL from <installdir>\Tools\3DDBBuilder to <installdir>\Data\TerrData\Objects.
Shift+Right click on <installdir>\Data\TerrData\Objects, select open command prompt window here and use the following command:Windows PowerShell command:
.\3ddb_builder.exe /test
CMD command:
3ddb_builder.exe /test
Whether you use a HDD or SSD, this might take a while. The test is output in a file named HeaderChecker.txt.
There are two levels of errors. The ones labelled *** are critical (as in can make the game CTD) and must be fixed. The ones labelled +++ are parent dimension errors.</installdir></installdir></installdir>_ -

I get a huge help from a very, very talented contributor who integrates all the 3D models which are missing from core 4.34 DB. These are the followings:
F-4 Phantom II family (with LODs were made by Manos1981)
A-6E
EA-6B
A-50
F-20 TigersharkThis DB creation process is very quick therefore I can start working VERY soon on campaigns and other necessary DB changes as I can judge.

Status report.
Eddropper made a database me to me and he put all of the 3D models. Everything seems to me functional. At the weekend I will start to check hardpoints, loadouts to match to '80s setup.
Some screenshots about the airplanes with 4.34 U2.Only the LOD1 3D models are replaced the smaller models are the stock ones which means is some cases at very small FOV at large distance you may see different skin on a less detailed model.

for low-poly models, you can edit Parent.dat to extend LOD1 visible distance.
AddLOD = Model_0.LOD 18000.00
AddLOD = 1 36000.000BTW, ROKAF still flew F-5A, F-5F, RF-5 and A-37/T-37 in '80.

Yes, you are right. I had just tested the F104S, that is using the F16 cockpit and an ugly external 3d. The DJ looks really nice with Qawa cockpit and a neat external model

Every 3D model now in the game. Next step is the HP changes then come the campaigns.
My plan is first release only with a single test campaign to see how it works. It will require a not so hard manual install. Copy + text edit in a single file.
The final version will have an installer. -

1993 I think.
Since 1993, the AAS-38A NITE Hawk added a designator/ranger laser, allowing it to self-mark targets.

In this case Hornets won’t have LGBs in this mod in the '80s.
Only F-111F, A-6E TRAM and a very few F-15E and in Eurowar F-117 can have them.
Maybe for gameplay purpose a single F-16C B40/42 to feel the specialty of the LANTIRN in late '80s. In Eurowar and an 1989 scenario. -

I have no idea. If anybody wish to use it just try. I guess many changes were made for Kuwait.
I’m working slowly on the theater. At and of feb. maybe a WIP version with a single working campaign will be released.
