could be an alpha channel missed in the file. Try to save the relative dds in dxt3 with alpha channel checked.
cheers

the JAS39D black burner is due to poly color error.
add new LOD with LE, don’t use the one in nordic DB.

Thanks Dema and CCC. I will give these suggestions a try and get back to you.
@ccc does only the D model have this issue in .lod ? The lods I used were indeed from Nordic.Cheers Obi1

Ok, ccc you fixed my issues with the newer gripen lods!
Afterburners are now showing correctly and I am still using all the original dds files I had before.
Still weird that the JAS39C and D are working in Nordic but did not after export from LE.Very thankful for helping me to fix this issue I had. Happy flying guys!
Cheers Obi1

we’ve this bug in 4.33 nordic and somalia… after rebuilding DB with 3ddb builder. Over twenty-three ac have black afterburner. it also screws up 3d cockpit transparent colors.
thanks god 3ddb builder doesn’t have this bug in 4.34 DB.
