@Red:
There are.
None of the taxi instruction matches any taxiway layout, for now it’s just bogus calls
It’s a WIP gents, it’s not functionnal or helpful for now. Just taxi as you did before when these calls were not implemented
Hopefully this will be implemented in the future.Calls are not all bogus , they match perfectly the data set in all the Airbases.
What is bogus are
- some letters on the airbases billboards
- some airbases if you consider the airbases must match the charts
- some charts if you consider the charts must match the airbase data

None? Really?

Hopefully this will be implemented in the future.Considering that it is gonna “change” again (might change … probably using new taxi sings coming from CET), … better wait the “final” version to review all of them “once for all”.

okay i give an example (because i will not check everything)
OSAN airbase :
27L
Echo branch call / hold is correct according to chart
Foxtrot Taxiway call is Correct according to chart
C diamond Branch call is correct according to chart
B diamond Branch call is correct according to chartso it is a bit exagerated to call everything “bogus and useless”
-
KUNSAN 18
Echo branch call / hold is correct according to chart
P Branch call is correct according to chart
C Branch call is correct according to chart
N Branch call is incorrect according to chart , it should be H -
si yes this is WIP
but "all bogus " is a lot of direspect for the fantastic effort of our Airbases Data crew
-
I would guess that November is N, or North
-
So for P E it would follow that route ie. on Kunsan
-
-
Thanks Dee-Jay. But when I’m told to “taxi November Echo and hold short runway 36”, I can see from the airbase data where Echo is. Why the November though?
I always assumed the ATC is telling us to follow taxi to the northeast. Isn’t it the case?

ATC taxi clearances are always just the taxiway they want you to use. So if they say “Lobo 2-1 taxi November echo” they mean use taxi ways November then echo to get to the runway. In RL, ATC may also say “taxi North on papa” for instance if the taxi routing may be complex.
