Screen freezing during flight

<p>Reposting this here from r/falconbms:<br /><br />Hello! I’ve been having this problem for years - it also happened back in 4.34 in a different computer with a very different GPU - so I decided to finally ask for help.<br /><br />When flying, the game screen sometimes freezes <strong>but</strong> the simulation doesn’t, meaning after a few seconds (and sometimes upwards of 2 minutes) the plane will “jump” ahead and carry on as usual. While in the frozen state, the sound doesn’t seem glitched, but I can’t interact with the game at all.<br /><br />I don’t know exactly in which situations this bug is triggered, but I <em>think</em> it happens more often when I’m at low altitudes or near ground units - and yes, this has already ruined a fair share of NOE flights :D<br />Is this familiar to anyone?</p>

<p>I think this happens to me as well, but only in the Balkans.</p>

<p>@Tonas1997 happened on 4.34 and 4.35? weird. same OS on both computers? <br /><br />stock KTO or any addins or mods installed?<br /><br />only advice I would have is to fly “borderless” mode not fullscreen. in case it’s caused by the OS or some other sw trying to popup something, horking the fullscreen-exclusive direct3d swap chain<br /><br />that sounds like what is happeneing but … I surely never had the patience to wait 2 minutes for it to recover, so I don’t know if it ever would have or not.</p>
